The vent in the bathroom had a thimping sound all night while we slept. We didn't notice it when we checked into the room that night but cause we were moving bags, getting settled in and had the television on but it work be around d 1AM. Needless to say I didn't sleep well. Someone's string of hair was under the bed covers. Then I found a string of hair on the wall stuck to the tile in the bathroom. I won't book this place again.

My room was very dirty. There was what looked like dried pasta on the bathroom floor, poop smeared on bathroom door. Dust and grime everywhere.

It was fine for our needs. One night stay, it was raining, so that limited our view of the property. Didn’t really like the extra parking charge- why isn’t that figured into the rate? Not like parking is optional, but it was only $7, so not as bad as some other places.

The staff and service were good, but this is a dated property, and my TV did not work 2 days out of 3. I was told that Comcast was working in the area and this was the reason, but my TV still did not work. Also, I was surprised and not happy about a $7 charge per day for parking, that was not optional, as there is no where else to park. Let's call that a "hidden fee"

This is a little older properly which you could see in places, but overall it was a nice stay for the weekend. I didn't enjoy that they were not cleaning the rooms at all in the 3 days we were there and I had to get new towels twice.

Overall a nice place to stay however if your splurging on having a heated indoor pool you will be highly disappointed. Pool was ice cold so only my youngest was brave enough to swim in it. Will have to pay for parking in their lot too $7 per night which is crazy.

Certain members when I signed in, did not show professionalism, I was not feeling like my business was appreciate it with the young lady, I was not in the mood to be smiling, but I was not rude because I flew in town because of my daughter is in critical condition. But I went to my room and the key didn’t work, when I came downstairs, the lady ignored me while talking on the phone didn’t even give me iContact what I waited three minutes with the card in my hand, only when I look for someone else to service me did she ask me what did I want? I found it very rude . Secondly, I was informed that there was a microwave in the room so when I called the front office. It was busy for a long while so I went downstairs. The same person was there and I don’t think that she like me coming there again. I asked her what her name was , after getting her name I said quietly this is not a good Hilton experience that I’m having here with her attitude change, and she became very warm and friendly. Which should’ve been the first the first time I signed in

We had a great stay! We were upgraded to a room with fridge and microwave and the room was so spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. And we didn’t hear noise from other rooms. Would definitely stay there again!

Morning desk clerk was less than helpful. She seemed to be bothered by the guest and more concerned with her conversation with the other help. Did not bother to try to rectify other concerns. Overall the place and our room could have been cleaner. Paying extra for parking after booking the hotel seemed pretty sly. Never had that happen before.

The stairwell in the garage was o dirty and smelled. The elevator button mount covering was broken so I didn’t want to take a chance so I too the stairwell. I love the additional bar on the door for added security and the full length mirror, genius! The bathroom walllpaper should be replaced or painted but overall my visit was pleasant. Best part was the desk clerk, Charmaine, she was professional and pleasant

The hotel advertised an indoor pool. This was the only reason I booked this hotel. When we arrived we found out the indoor pool was not heated and too cold to swim in. Ruined my kids night!

Moldy Bathroom
The room was spacious. The rug could use a deep cleaning. The AC/heating system worked great. The bed was ok. Not my favorite as it needed a new mattress. The pillows were lumpy. But the worst part was the bathroom. The shower was full of mildew. It also smelled like a sewer which leads me to believe they do not clean the drain. Won’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We were so grateful to the staff for being incredibly kind and welcoming while we spent Christmas away from home. April always had a welcoming smile on her face and was so helpful when we had any questions. Thankful for the breakfasts that Jennifer prepared for us too! Such generosity and true southern hospitality. Room was great too.

Convenient and Clean place to stay
w enjoyed our stay was just for one nite, beds comfy and shower hot. Only complaint was coffee for breakfast was very weak and had no flavor. rest was GREAT. only 10 minutes to the Garden Squares we wanted to walk around.

We like staying at Hampton Inns. One thing we have noticed lately at several Inns, including this one is that attention to the breakfast provided is not the quality it used to be.

The staff was very accommodating from the front desk, maintenence, and breakfast staff. We had an issue with the room inreported it to the front desk staff and it was immediately taken care of. Inreally appreicate great customer service.
