The street noise was very loud and I couldn't sleep. Also I booked on Expedia and I didn't know it would be a $75 charge for my dog until I got there and also $45 parking fee which together brought the price up another $125.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a refreshing contrast to my previous experience in Savannah. The room was not only clean and spacious but also featured contemporary decor that added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff across the board were exceptionally welcoming, making a notable difference in the atmosphere of the hotel. Despite the parking fee being on the higher side, the valet attendants were accommodating, allowing easy access to my car whenever needed, which was a convenient touch. The hotel's location is ideal, nestled just steps away from a vibrant selection of stores, restaurants, and bars, enhancing the stay with plenty of options for dining and entertainment. I was impressed by how well the hotel accommodated pets while maintaining spotless cleanliness throughout the premises. The bar area provided a cozy spot to unwind, watching college basketball games and enjoying drinks with fellow guests, all of whom were friendly and contributed to a welcoming environment. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for anyone visiting Savannah. It's a place I look forward to returning to, thanks to its excellent service and prime location.

Great to have parking garage on site but building access signs would be helpful. Shouldn’t have to pull up in front in a busy street to learn that arrival entrance for cars is on the side street. Also, since there is a long term parking lot behind the hotel that costs $20 less to park overnight, would be nice if guests knew they had that option

Expensive parking
It cost $45 per day to use the hotel’s parking garage. The location of the hotel was walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the riverfront. The staff at the reception desk were polite, but struggled to recommend a good restaurant for dinner. The room was clean, and although housekeeping is on an “every other day” schedule, they will make beds, replenish supplies, etc. if requested.

I chose this hotel because they’re pet friendly and I was driving to North Carolina alone with my dog to meet my family. they took care of me and my dog as if we were the number one guests! the location is excellent I had the opportunity to walk along the Riverwalk and enjoy an excellent meal I recommend it 1000%
