The hotel and room and staff were great. The down side was there were two fire alarms in the middle of the night. One at 2:00am and another at 4:00am. Talking to another guess there was also one the previous night.

The carpet in the room I and my husband was given was old and extremely worn and looked dirty with stains. One of the pillows on the bed had an unpleasant smell and needed to be replaced. However, The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good.

This is a great hotel! Very affordable price and worth every penny. Extremely clean and well maintained, both in the common areas and the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent- a wide variety of choices including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, and all the fixings. Plenty of free parking. About 15-20 minutes from the historic section of Savannah, an easy ride in and out. All in all an excellent choice!

When I checked in the room, I noticed that there was a snack item left in the fridge, also the pillows were not firm; breakfast was decent, and the ease of checkout was prompt. A slight concern of a inmate transfer van being on the premise.

My wife had surgery and we had to stay near the hospital. We really enjoyed our stay the staff was so friendly always greeted with a smile coming and going! The room was really nice also!

This is what i would consider to be a well kept economical hotel. Nothing flashy, just good service at a more than decent price. I would definitely stay again. Eveyo e was cool and helpful. Especially the front desk clerk and the short lady that ran the kitchen in the morning.

Property was fine. Room was fine... fine meaning, it was decent. The bathroom was eh... clean but old and pipes rusty, cracked wood and finishes. Shower head- leaves a lot to be desired. Great bed and sheets. Nice dark room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast... old bananas and bruised apples, but the rest was good. I would stay there again

Everything looks great and people are nice the only problem if you book thru Orbitz and you want a late check out you will have to pay an additional $25.00. They want you to book directly with their app or web page.

My family and I have stay at various locations of Holiday inn Hotels. My one observation is that mostly all the staff wasn’t friendly at all. They look in a bad mood. Not welcoming not smile not even said thanks for stay with us. I don’t feel any desire to ever go back to that particular Holiday Inn at Abercorn Street.

I have always loved holiday inn. Great service and always very clean, but the bed was extremely hard during this stay. I was unable to get comfortable throughout the night as well as my daughter and wife. I woke with back pain and overall just a bad night of rest.This stay was a very big let down since being it was for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I would request that you could please do something about this inconvenience. For this stay our rooms price did not amount to it’s condition. For all of these troubles you would think that I would deserve a refund…. Thank you for your time.

I find the bed cushion comfortable.After a long day of exploring Savannah, I appreciate the fact that it alleviates my sore back and legs.The best thing though is for a special person named Shona/Shauna who went out of her way to get me a newly brewed coffee to ease my stomach pain in the middle of the night.And she went even further by offering me and my hubby bananas while waiting for the coffee!How’s that!Thank you Shauna!Hope to see you again!
