Late Visitors and Checkins

I would only stay in this hotel if you're passing through. Noisy with lots of late check ins. Had an unexpected visitor at 11:30pm open our door with a key card and said they had checked in our room. The front desk then called and asked who we were and who had checked us in. The next morning I asked to speak to a manager which was not coming in until later. Never received a call from the manager or an apology. There needs to be a hotels.com option to refute the charges of staying at a hotel. There should have been a full refund. NOT RECOMMENDED

a decent hotel in a terrific location

I was on my way from South Carolina to Florida and decided to stop to rest around 2am. Hotels.com offered free wifi, free breakfast, Holiday Inn Express for $140. It was expensive for a few hours but great location, HIE, breakfast, etc. Well, it wasn't a holiday inn express and it didn't offer free breakfast. Very strange. The hotel is very clean. There are MANY hotels and restaurants within a few feet. There was a lot of activity even at 2am in GA. I slept well for the 4 hours then got out of town. The internet worked fairly well (well, it was 2am) but the breakfast was not free and, to be honest, was pretty bad. It's a Holiday Inn & Suites.

Perfect stay. Easy access from the highway. Off the beaten path so it was quiet. Clean well kept facility. Breakfast was quick and easy too.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: They could use more close buggies. I had to make 4 trips to my car on Saturday morning. The buggies were all taken in the mornings.
Location: I was working with a customer they had customer appreciation at their stores.
The food their was great, prices were in line with the restaurants in the area. The rooms were extra clean. I will stay their again. It's been a few years since I stayed there.

No breakfast included. Bathroom door broken and was so noisy you could not close it for the noise and sticking. Price didn't reflect quality.

Not worth the extra $$

This was like staying at the La Quinta, which is like 50 bucks cheaper except La Quinta had a free Continental Breakfast. The bathroom had a significant amount of Afro hair in it. The noise level in the hallways was high due to drunk people who had been drinking in the hotel bar.

The facility was wonderful. We were disappointed with the staff because they charged our card for the stay when we already paid though Expedia. They advise it was pending but still we were double charged.
