Not what I was expecting from a stay at a Holiday Inn. The pool was not open at this time, despite weather conditions suitable for swimming. Big disappointment - the kitchen was closed, so that the advertised breakfast was not available. The kitchen was undergoing a renovation, which had not been mentioned during booking. Coffee was available however there was no cream/milk, only flavoured syrups. And on the second morning, there was no lids available for the coffee cups. These are facilities (breakfast, kitchen, pool) that influenced my decision to stay at this hotel and they were not available. None of this was disclosed in the booking information.

Front desk unable to move me to quieter/cleaner room because computer was “frozen” and manager was on property but was “asleep” and not answering their phone. Other desk agent requested a guest to take photos of “dirty room” to prove there was an actual issue before receiving another room. Worst check in process I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel is not up to my cleanliness standards. The pillows smelled like someone without deodorant. I was just uneasy about breathing in the room due to cleanliness.

The property was alright. The cleanliness of bathroom could be better. We were pretty upset that there was no breakfasts availabile and the hotel did not let us know in advance. I would have booked other place if i knew.

Clean but no breakfast rven though you charged us for breakfast. They said they would refund $25 to our bill thru you. Bathtub/shower too slick & dangerous. Toilet too low for seniors. The staff was very good & nice. Being renovated so may get better. Had only 1 cart for luggage transportation. Electrical plugs did not all work. The tv remote was not good & very hard to push for channel change.

The staff at the front desk was outstanding, they gave my husband and me advice on activities and places of interest in the area. I stayed there for 5 days and always was greeted with a comforting smile. The hotel was very clean and I would stay there again.

The rooms are very worn and outdated. No ports to charge devices, lots of rust, and old furnishings. Prepaid for breakfast we didn't get. The staff seemed robotic.

Easy access to highway and recently received a complete update inside and out. Did not know outdoor pool was not open until late May and pre-paid breakfast was only for one choice on mini menu. Food was good. AC unit was very loud but had constant fan option which is great.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The main room was very clean and spacious but the bathroom area was a bit tired. Overall a good hotel and I would stay there again.

We had 4 rooms booked. Each room was dirty; lamp shades broken, stained and the metal was rusted, stained walls, stained mattresses, caked on dirt and grime, broken light switches, etc. To top it off there was no free breakfast. For the cost of the rooms, I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

Right off 95. Applebee's and Ruby Tuesday's directly behind the hotel you walk to. Gas stations also in front. Bar inside too. Check in-out easy. Property is nice but probably 10-15 yrs old...but still nice

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lamp shades were all broken, the a/c rattled when it was on. There was no breakfast. It was pricey for what you got. Front desk staff were friendly.

Ladies at the front desk were amazing and I have nothing bad to say about the staff. The room was about what you would expect for cheap. But the noise kept me up all night…between the neighbors slamming their doors, the LOUD AC unit that was not controlled by the thermostat on the wall (it was there for show), and the smoke detector beeping every 30 seconds at midnight. I could not wait to check out the next day.

The property is older than I thought and in need of new furniture the lamp shades were all busted and made the room look very worn! An old thermostat on the wall made us think the air unit was broken and then we noticed an in the wall unit! The thermostat was from a previous unit I guess! It should be removed looks bad! The fixtures in sink and bath area are old and need to be replaced! Bed was comfortable and pillows were good!

Some spots on the dark carpet were sticky, furniture needed some update or touch ups on many scratches. The bed was good and the sheets were clean, humidity was high in the room and everything felt moist including the bed. The room carpet needs to be changed asap. Walking in bare feet it feels very uncomfortable, kind of dirty feeling. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Don’t expect fresh fruit or multiple juices available for breakfast, apple juice was the best choice. Breakfast is not a buffet so you have to order a la carte and if it’s busy you may wait long time before wait stuff can take your order. Usually is one person and a front desk person assist and help. Nice little place if you don’t have any big expectations.
