Terrible stay. Pursuing reimbersment

I have stayed at this facility several times in the past; however, since my last stay, the hotel has changed management, and sadly for the worse.
The staff at the front desk was obnoxiously rude. The elevator was down due to an issue, and no assistance was even offered to me and my family. Instead, I had to carry everything up three flights of stairs with a tired 2 year old. Couple this with the room looking as though is hadn't even been cleaned, we were very disappointed.
The light in the shower room was burned out, which we notified the front desk. 8 hours later, it still wasn't repaired and we had to give my daughter a bath via cell phone flash light. They finally repaired it after calling again; however, I almost wish the light stayed out, as there was mold in the shower and floor looked dirty.
The first morning, breakfast appeared promising, but then after trying to lift the spoon from the grits and finding them to be the same consistency as cured concrete, things quickly went down hill. The "serving staff" didn't have any cups for juice. I had to go find one from a cleaning cart. Later in the trip, we found that the TV in our hotel room didn't work. I once again called the front desk only to be told the hotel was struck by lightning a while back and it didn't work and they had no intentions to resolve to situation. The list goes on, one issue after another.
