This place needs a lot of updating. The room we were put into the green chair which had stains all over it was disgusting. When you walked into the bathroom it smelt disgusting, went and asked for an air freshener to try and help but she didn’t have one available at that moment. I figured let me try to turn on the ac to see if that would help and it enhanced the smell and smelt like straight urine. Asked the staff at the front desk if they had another room available and she accommodated us and gave us another room. That room was better but still very outdated. The bathroom had a big cutout in the wall of the shower and very outdated. This place needs a major renovation, def won’t stay there again. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Very quiet even though it’s right off a major highway. Loved how it was in walking distance of fast food restaurants and a couple other places, makes it very convenient.

Property is aging badly. Bathtub was cracked all over. Tile floor also cracked. Room was adequate. Refrigerator and microwave were welcome touches. Door doesn’t fit well letting in lots of light and giving a slightly unsafe feeling.

Everything about our stay was fine with a major EXCEPTION: the bathroom was a disaster, peeling paint ,ripped off sheetrock covering , baseboard becoming detatched. The bathroom itself was clean. But the general feeling was if the bathroom was such a mess what did we not see. We had had a long day and didn't have the energy to complain and ask for another room. Our experience with Quality Inn's over the years has always been good which is why we made the reservation. Icertainly would not recommend the property in Pooler.

For starters i waited 30 minutes to chech in as nobody was at the counter. The room smells like POT which made me sick. Baseboards shows rootted wood, bathroom needs repairs and overall looked dirty. If i wasn't so tired from a 13hour drive i would have left and went somewhere else.

The hotel was a little rundown. The chair in our room was stained and the shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. There were huge gaps in the front door that made the room very noisy.

Had a quick one night stay over. Room was a ground floor king. Staff could take some time and either clean the bathroom walls and door or repaint it as there are scuff marks and stains.
