Comfortable decent stay

Pros: Location to the outlet location to downtown location to food choices
Cons: Noisy guests, breakfast options, thought breakfast offered more. that's about it

Hotel close to to the Airport

I was giving a key to Room 212 and when I walked up to the room there was a couple having sex I quickly apologized and ran back downstairs without apology saying sorry to me she said she showed the room was clean meaning nobody in it. That was very unprofessional on her end..

The hotel and rooms smelled like must. The tv kept cutting out. A lot of features at the hotel but none of them were quality.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel.

Outside of hotel looks nice, staff pleasant, room clean, but interior of hotel needs updating. Hotel charged us a $250 fee for smoking in room when my wife and I have never smoked. Hotel must have made a mistake on which room, but it required numerous phone calls to finally get the charge off my credit card bill. I don't recommend this hotel - there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Every now and then we have a guest that smokes in the room, even with our signage and notification at check in. Usually we are very thorough with discovering what room is the offender. You would be amazed at how many calls we receive when a neighbor is smoking. Again I apologize for not getting this information correct and I am glad the team here got it take care of for you.

Thank you for staying with us at the Ramada in Pooler. We do love the suite rooms, their pool views and size. Due to their size they get used a lot with the groups in house. They can be used as informal meeting space or gathering after their meetings. Hope to see you soon, until then safe travels!
