After a long day leaving Disney.....

Unfortunately while the room photo looked nice and the price was right-on, this hotel was seriously in need of an upgrade. There was no elevator which was a huge inconvenience, the space was poorly laid out with what felt like a lot of wasted space in the middle, I found paint peeling, open side doors to the building (that should have been left locked for security), very poor signage to rooms (we had to go down three separate hallways to get to our room on the 2nd floor)....and our toilet had not been properly cleaned. After a long day leaving Disney, this was not exactly what we were looking for.

Thank you for staying with us at the Ramada Pooler. I do apologize that your stay was not up to our standards. We do have a paint issue on some of our guest room doors and we are currently working on. Right now we have a test door that we are completing in house to compare to the quality of a third party painting company we had out to complete a couple doors. Under a past ownership someone had great intentions of painting the guest room doors but they painted latex paint over oil, which will never last. By Friday we will have a game plan and start on all of the guest room doors in March with a new fresh color, cant wait! Hope you come back to see us when you are going back down to Disney. Not too soon, Disney is a load of fun but takes a lot of out of you. By the time you get back our diamond should be nice and bright. Thank you again for your business.
