Check in was a bit hectic, the front desk person seemed a bit overwhelmed and had no help. Their computer system didn’t seem to be cooperating. The AC/heater unit didn’t work, kept shutting off. The floors, baseboards, walls, doors, need cleaning desperately. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and had an autograph from Shawty B scrolled across the headboard.

The pictures were VERY misleading! Mold on walls by the A/C, room smelled like cigarettes and glade, common areas strangely like Indian food. We left for another hotel after only an hour.

Staff at the location were very nice however there were stains all over floor and covers of one of the beds in the room. Beds were also slightly damp when getting into.

Very nice rooms for the price! We had a room with a whirlpool tub for $100. Great for a long soak after a long day of driving.

Room smelled so bad I left without a refund an hour after arrival. It was dirty. There were yellow spots all over the walls. I went to the super 8 across the street which was exceptionally clean. Red Roof refused ANY compensation due to booking through third party. NEVER book through third party again!!

Sauna room

Check in was smoothly. There was a little smell when we first walked in. Checked on our room and it was VERY humid. The ac barely worked. We spent most of our time out and about and really just used the room to sleep in. The nights where horrible we could not get comfortable due to the humidity in that room.

The first room that i recived smell like animals then the toilet also will not Flash

The room had a pee smell to it. It was clean but had a smell think it was coming from air conditioner.
