Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. Because renovations have begun in the Gatehouse, we have extended the closing time for breakfast by about 30 minutes. Our attendants may have been taking the hot plates to the rear to refresh the food, and I apologize that we did not make sure that you were aware. Great location and great suites

Very helpful staff

We had a limited time in Savannah so we were hoping for something in the center of the historic district. This was a bit off the beaten path. We were steered to a fun restaurant by the desk person. The parking valet was also very helpful.

Pros: staff was very friendly.
Cons: reduce kitchens,make more standard rooms available.
Location: Was fine.
pleasant staff,decent walk to town. Worried about noise because close to 24 hour gas convenience store, but very quiet.

Nice central downtown location

Overall stay was nice. First the good points. Room was clean, staff is great, and the breakfast was pleasing. The not so good. There was no iron in the room. After turning up the heat to 70 it smelled as if something was on fire. several bulbs were out. I would stay again but do a once-over before unpacking.

A bit far from downtown but the staff is great!

This hotel is a bit further from downtown than I expected, but definitely still within walking distance. The rooms were quite large and very clean. Initially, we were put in a handicap accessible room, which we wouldn't normally mind, but the shower was WEIRD. The curtain was too short and the shape of the shower was all wrong. Any shower use resulted in a completely soaked bathroom and it was impossible to shower without touching the curtain. After one night, we asked to move rooms and the hotel completely obliged. Once we were in a new room we were very happy. The staff was excellent from the bartender to the front desk to the valets. Quite a lovely stay!
