Nice hotel

Staff was friendly and hotel clean. Room very nice. Pool very inviting. Location isn't great but valet person sent us to a great local restaurant within walking distance.

Nice hotel historic downtown. Pricey - suites only

Big suite. Modern, comfortable, clean. Good breakfast included. Staff friendly. Location good for historic district. A little pricey for us. $240. Just stayed one night. No parking. Valet only $12 parking fee.

Call if you are late!

Pros: The size of the rooms, the great staff and the location.
Cons: Coordination between hotel staff.
Location: Next to the tourist center and close enough to visit the historical district without the noise.
Exhausted After traveling all day, we were excited to meet the rest of our family for a weekend reunion which I had arranged. The hotel was full, however and We were sent to another hotel- which they paid for. We spent the time set aside for a late night dinner getting to the new hotel and getting checked in by a person who was unsure what to do, and it took a very long time. The hotel they sent us to was nice, but we were given a small room in the back. The next day we came back to check in here. The front desk worker was the only snide person we met in the whole city. She was dismissive and insulting under the guise of being funny. We should have made arrangements to guarantee our late arrival, but wrongly assumed that when the others on our shared reservation checked in our room would be held. As a result, we lost time with family on this already too short trip. We won't make that mistake again!

Cons: A little more heat, room was too cool.
Experience was good. Enjoyed stay. Would have been better if fellow travelers had their room closer to ours.

Perfect hotel for our stay.

Pros: Roomy suite. Nice amenities.
Cons: Decor. Room furnishings.
Location: At edge of historic district. Lots to see, and trolley system is awesome!
Roomy, comfortable, quiet, clean hotel suite. Very good breakfast selections and convenient location at perimeter of historic district. I would have given the facility a "5", but the room decor and furnishings were a little old and worn. Otherwise, it was a great choice for us!

We Enjoyed the Stay

Pros: Location.
Cons: Later breakfast hours.
Location: Georgia Train Museum, Maritime Museum, the streets and the river walk.
The hotel was very conveniently located at the edge of the historic district and we enjoyed the walked to downtown, the river and the museums.

Good hotel in Savannah

Stayed for 2 nights and had no problems with this hotel. The breakfast was all seved on plastic plates which was a bit of a turn off. But we enjoyed the stay - large, clean room with good sleep quality and silence!!

Wonderful staff. Be sure to eat at the Crystal Beer Palace, a staff recommendation and a great place to eat within walking distance.
