The room was great. However, we were lied to by the Hotels.com representative. They said that there was not going to be a pet fee, which is why we booked this room in the first place. Upon arriving, we were told by the front desk that there would be a $100 pet fee. We only stayed two nights. Had I known that, we would have chosen somewhere else.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Everyone in the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast had a nice spread.

Great room, comfy bed and pillows. Wished I had known my room faced a busy street with traffic all night long.

Comfortable hotel

Our stay was short and sweet. Residence inn is a comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel could use some renovations. It is very old but everything works. The staff was very friendly. It was about 20 min drive to historic downtown so not too bad.

Management not honest !!!

The room we had was next to the main road and we heard the traffic all night long !!!! Couldn't sleep at all !!! Checked in early and management said we didn't request another room early so they couldn't do anything about it ! They should have offered us another room without me requesting another room checking on at 3 pm ... they were plenty of other rooms available.... I will never stay at this hotel again!

Great dog friendly hotel

We stayed in a king suite with our two dogs. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish the pool was outdoor. The staff was kind and helpful. I was taking breakfast back up to the room, and one of the staff offered me to go boxes.

NIce Hotel but do not book thruogh Hotel.com

We booked a 1 bedroom suite for our Thanksgiving vacation to Savannah. The room that we were given upon check in, was NOT the one we booked. When I spoke to the staff upon checking in about this, they said that the studio room was the one that I booked. My confirmation says it is a 1 bedroom, room. The pictures on the website show a separate bedroom from the living area. I know what a studio room is and would not have booked one. Upon further review of my reservation with Hotels.com, I saw a small, tiny asterisk. Weird, What is this for??? It says that they cannot guarantee the room preference that you reserve. Really? Than why am I picking a room? This is very deceptive and wrong. This is the first time I have used hotels.com and the last. Be careful using them.
