Comfortable hotel

Our stay was short and sweet. Residence inn is a comfortable place to stay. Nothing fancy. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel could use some renovations. It is very old but everything works. The staff was very friendly. It was about 20 min drive to historic downtown so not too bad.

Great dog friendly hotel

We stayed in a king suite with our two dogs. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish the pool was outdoor. The staff was kind and helpful. I was taking breakfast back up to the room, and one of the staff offered me to go boxes.

NIce Hotel but do not book thruogh Hotel.com

We booked a 1 bedroom suite for our Thanksgiving vacation to Savannah. The room that we were given upon check in, was NOT the one we booked. When I spoke to the staff upon checking in about this, they said that the studio room was the one that I booked. My confirmation says it is a 1 bedroom, room. The pictures on the website show a separate bedroom from the living area. I know what a studio room is and would not have booked one. Upon further review of my reservation with Hotels.com, I saw a small, tiny asterisk. Weird, What is this for??? It says that they cannot guarantee the room preference that you reserve. Really? Than why am I picking a room? This is very deceptive and wrong. This is the first time I have used hotels.com and the last. Be careful using them.

Better than expected.

Booked this hotel because it was relatively cheap. Was pleasantly surprised with how nice/clean the room was. Would definitely stay here again.

The "couch bed" was beyond horrible. I was essentially laying on the metal frame. I would have called the front desk, but my 2-year-old was asleep and I did not want the disruption. I sleep on the floor. Not what I imagined I would get for $250. I will not stay at this place again. Staff was great, friendly.

Nice hotel but parking was tight

There is no room to park a moving truck or a car with a moving trailer. Hotel was nice

Swindling

Add the fact that they have a 100$ Pet Fee that is only disclosed on that hotels website. From which they charged us and we were unaware until we got a call about how we didn't have enough on our credit card

Convenient to Local attractions.

Hotel room was fine. Had a queen suite. 2 downsides: 1) room was on the same side as major street, so very noisy all night; 2) bathrooms need serious upgrades.

Overall, the stay was average at best. the front desk personnel was friendly and social and the accommodations were okay for the advertised rate. The WiFi was below standard as it cut out several times throughout the night, which causes an unpleasant user experience. The room had pet hair in the carpet and if you're a light sleeper request a room with a higher number cause the lower numbers are near the highway.
