Very clean and comfortable

Cons: no suggestions
Location: Near shopping and near Armstrong State University. Short drive to downtown, historic Savannah.
We were very please with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was that the site said it had a hot tub, but that was removed when they remodeled. I would still recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel

Manager on site very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wish the breakfast area was bigger . Very cramped. Other than that good location.

Historic travel

Location: An honest review of the departments commented on, to provide your personal observations.
Housekeeping was non existent, overall management control was noticeably lacking, and allowing bare feet in the breakfast dining area goes without needing a negative comment Room phones did not work for the first two days of our visit, elevator carpet was disgusting and smelly

Decent stay, great staff, small rooms

Pros: Clean room, heated indoor pool, fantastic breakfast, caring and friendly staff
Cons: Renovations were being done while we stayed, but suggestions would be: make rooms more "open concept", more A/C wall outlets, make windows open wider.
Location: Hotel is fairly close to highways, but not to downtown Savannah. There are plently of strip mall stores and chain restaurants close by.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently for four nights. We mostly enjoyed our time there, and the staff really tried hard to make us feel comfortable. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, which was old, but clean. Renovations were going on during daylight hours, so there was some noise and dust. The location was convenient to strip malls, but not downtown Savannah, which is about a 15 minute drive from there.

I work at the hospital memorial health I was on call so. Gat to the hotel at 4:00 am & out at 12:30 The from lady was Cain let me sleep a lite late so tha was nice .

Ok for a couple of nights while on business.

Pros: Location was convenient.
Location: There was lots of choices in shopping and eateries.
The hotel provided the basics, it was clean. The only problem we had was a backed up toilet that occurred twice during our 2 night stay. The hotel employees were quick to respond to the problem and correct it.
