Stay was ok
Staff was great and room was clean however it smelled bad. Not sure what the smell was but it was a one night stay. Bed was very comfortable. All great except for that smell.

Cost too much to be this bad...
Renovations or i would whole construction is taking place there. No warning was given before arriving. Even tho i called prior arriving to see if i could check early. Not safe at all. My room was dirty. Dirty carpet. Not cleaned well at all. Staff was not pleasant or helpful. There for days and had clean my own room. Ask for partial refund due to this and mgr never respond to request. I will tell all family and friends about this because we travel alot in this areas. I ha e plenty of photos but app wo t let me upload them

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, however the property was undergoing signiciant renovations so nothing was done. There were older facilities in the bathroom, the air conditioner leaked into the carpet on the floor etc. I think once the renos are done the building will be nice to stay in.

What was unique about the property to me was it's location. What I least liked about it was the check-in time being so late.

Don’t flush
The hotel is in the middle of renovations and charging regular prices for substandard rooms. The carpet was not nailed down in the entrance to my room and I tripped. In the room the toilet did not flush and when I told the desk clerk she said really? I asked for another room with a working toilet and was told she only had rooms with one bed. I was traveling with a work colleague and had no intention of sleeping in a bed with her. I asked for a refund and she refused. Finally she said she would call someone to check the toilet. It did get unstopped. Very miserable experience.

Property is well located with easy on and off the highway - June 23’ they are in the middle of a remodel - so not glamorous, but very functional - bed was great, room clean, staff helpful and friendly - reasonable parking - would stay again and lots of restaurants in the area.

The place is an old dump but it's currently under construction. Rooms smelled moldy. Computer system didn't work when I checked in. Hopefully the construction re-do makes it better.

I will tell you we were put into a room where construction was going on. The sleeping area of the room was ok, but the garbage disposal did not have a cover so the smell and look of it was disgusting, the refrigeration was leaking, and there were 2 microwaves in the room. The 1 attached to the cabinet was in awful shape. There was no blow dryer and it took nearly 2 hours to get one. There is a young girl in the daytime at the front desk, and let me tell you, rude is an understatement. She's horrible. Her name is JAI CHANTE. I have never seen a front desk person that won't look you in the eyes when they talk to you and acts as if you are inconveniencing her when you have a question or need. She couldn't get a blow-dryer without consulting with someone else. She was lazy, and ridiculously rude. It was a good thing we were busy most of the time we were there.

First impressions are a must in your business. The front desk help was like pulling teeth. Between boyfriend standing at counter talking and the overall I don’t want to be here attitude will have me choosing another place next time

Not a typical IHG experience
Let me begin by saying that I realize that somethings can't be controlled or anticipated. In short, our stay wasn't a pleasant one due to multiple issues. Most importantly, we were assigned a room on the top floor which required climbing 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator being out of service. Both of us have knee problems and my wife has asthma as well. We had multiple night stays and asked when they expected it to be repaired. They said the following day but that didn't happen. The young woman at the front desk seemed unsympathetic and unwilling to try and find a suitable resolution for everyone. The property is undergoing renovations which adds to my overall rating reduction. My room needed some attention to details. Toilet seat, dirty floor and no body wash or shampoo .I will say the bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. I've stayed at this property before but will most likely spend the extra money and stay at another hotel on our next visit. Perhaps it was just my misfortune, but there was several times that we could smell pot being smoked. I expected more from an IHG property. Hopefully your experience will be better than ours.

The state of the hotel is a joke. There's several reviews regarding the renovation that date back months and it's still going on. The elevator broke a week prior and they put up a sign that says "elevator broke today, will be fixed tomorrow". Real convenient when you leave off the date. While it's inconvenient for me to carry bags up the stairs, it's ridiculous to see an old gentleman struggle up the stairs with a cane. That's a big time ADA violation. The breakfast might be a bigger joke than the renovations. No cutlery, only tiny plates to serve and they parse out foods to make sure customers don't take too much. The pool is "closed" and looks horrendous. Pretty sure it's just closed so they don't have to clean it. This hotel has serious management issues. If there's 1 bright side, the beds were comfy and cleaning staff was friendly. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more to stay at literally any of the dozen other hotels next door.

The covers on the bed, window curtains, and shower curtains were dirty. The 2 phones in the room were broken. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. The girl at the front desk in the morning never smiled and needs to get a personality. The elevator broke 1 day after being there. The gym was lame and outdated, I could go on and on. The best thing about this hotel was the location.

Disappointing Stay
The hotel was undergoing renovations and was in complete disarray. I rented two rooms; the hotel was sold out for the night. One of the rooms had no A/C. We had to open the windows. The rooms were so dated and not very clean. Because of the renovation there were no 'hot' items on the bar for breakfast. I asked for an adjustment to our bill because of the A/C not working and the front desk attendant said they were unable to assist because I went through a third party booking site (Hotels.com). We couldn't be moved to another room because there were no other available rooms. Great location; just a very disappointing stay.

One of or perhaps the worst hotel stay in 20 years. Property is undergoing 'renovations'. In reality it's a haphazard, poorly performed, slap some paint on the walls disaster. Standard practice in hotel renovations is to take a block of rooms offline, complete them & put them back online. Here, the rooms are half finished and being sold. The rooms are filthy, there's paint spatter all over the surfaces, the closets & bathrooms are unfinished. Staff-wise, even though I placed the No Housekeeping Needed & Do Not Disturb signs on the door, housekeeping twice entered the room, in which computer and personal belongings were left out in the useless belief that no one would be entering the room. Rejected the 1st room, was given another room only to find it occupied. 3rd room was just as half-finished as the first. The reno is being done by amateurs, haphazardly and property does not belong in the Staybridge portfolio.

The room was dusty from partial revocation if the room. Only one set of towels per person and had to go to front desk for extra and the didn't have full sets available. Improper toilet seat (round seat on an oval toilet). Ice make was not working. Only six cubes of ice in 3 days. Stucco puddy on the bathroom floor. The front desk staff was very friendly. No other staff visible.
