Nice Hotel

Overall the hotel was nice. However I was disappointed about not receiving room service. The housekeeping staff was rude. After explaining the situation to the manager he gave us a sincere apologize and adjusted the rate for my inconvenience.

Pros: Size of suite, Having a full kitchen. Breakfast, staff
Cons: The noise. Need to have it blocked off with gates so guys cannot drag race between the buildings.
Location: Location was great. Lots of places to eat and shop. Only a short drive to downtown
Great staff, clean, Good breakfast. Loud. Cars racing up and down in front. Police there. I assume there was a fight in the unit across in front of ours. You could hear someone over head walking.

Disappointed

Decided to stay at this hotel last minute for a wedding. Thought it was a great deal until I opened the door and walked in. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was the kitchen. Everything else left much to be desired. The couch in the room looked like it needed to be replaced five years ago. There were stains on the pillows on the bed, and the pillows themselves would probably make a better throw pillow than actual sleeping pillow. I was better served going to a local store and purchasing a pillow. The floor appeared dirty, tore up (although that may be the way it's designed). Not to mention, the hotel itself is hard to find. I expected more from a Marriott property.

OK hotel, good location, front desk needs training

The hotel was nice, room was clean and in good condition. However, the front desk needs some additional training. They did not recognize me as a Marriott Elite member and they charged me for the room again even though I paid for it online. I had to find my receipt online and discuss it with them the next morning when I caught it. Also, the card readers need work. My room reader and the side door reader were difficult to use. If you stood on one leg, held your breath and closed one eye, it worked. I watched other people have the same frustrations.

Great home away from home!

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent desk and chair with good lighting. Comfortable couch. Excellent bed and bedding options no matter how much cover you want. Good bathroom and shower. Window can be opened a couple of inches for fresh air. I was here for 9 days while my home was being worked on. My dog and I were very happy here. It may seem far from downtown, but you can get on the Truman and take it all the way downtown in 15 minutes. Great dog walking area. All staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Convenient to local area

The hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable with flat screen tv and a kitchen with full sized fridge. It was a great place to stay lots of restaurants and a mall nearby.

Not a first choice

Nasal deposits in the shower. Private residence next door with barking dog. Disappointed that this is a marriott property.
