Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The property is clean and taken care of. The pool area was clean and maintained. Parking was close. Check in/out was both easy and fast.

Overall the property was nice. However the two beds were not queen , they were regular full side beds. The pillows were small size, meaning they three pillows on each bed. Beds need to be updated to advertisment..

The room had many issues, no security lock on the door, bathroom door did not shut completely, light comes in through the curtain because it did not shut all the way, the toilet paper holder was the worst because the paper roll kept falling off onto the floor, the floor in the room was not very clean. Although the hotel is on Abercorn it is far from the city center with lots of construction on the roads to get to the main areas of town. The staff were pleasant.

Entire property needs remodeled, refreshed, painted and anything esthetically that can be done. Toilet had urine spots on it and was typical of the overall condition and look of the property. Would never stay there again.

Although the hotel appeared to have an upgrade it still appeared worn. The beds were clean and comfortable. You could hear other rooms very easily, doors were squeaky and closed hard so keeping things quiet was difficult. They took about 15 minutes to come to the desk so we could check in, it was irritating because we had been on the road a long time and they seemed to be distracted by their phone. Cleaning lady knocked on our door about 8am while we were sleeping and woke us up. We will not be back to this hotel.

Cannot fault this place at all. Staff all friendly and helpful, room spacious modern and clean. Breakfast is well worth getting up for and presented very well. Would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay away! Property is beat up, stripped down bare feel. Floors sticky, ice machine out of order. The bare minimum is not being done here to keep it decent. Go to exit 104, new hotels, heard about it after I was stuck here.

They cancelled my reservation the DAY I was supposed to stay in the hotel. I was in the hospital helping my 75 year old mother through my father's surgery They we're like, "We're sorry." I insisted they get me a room at another of their properties. The woman seemed surprised at this suggested and said she had to talk to the manager. Came back to offer me a fat inferior and wholly unacceptable motel at the same rate with no compensation. I had to demand a refund and it was difficult to get them to give me one. Terrible customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

All in all a nice place for the price... Clean and the beds were comfortable. No drinking cups in bathroom and the bathroom door would not latch and close right.

I had several issues with my 9 night stay here. One was a dog barking throughout the night. I mentioned this to the front desk and they told me dogs are allowed here. Well quite the opposite is advertised here on Expedia where I booked this. Fire alarm went off on another night and woke me and had to go down stairs. Manager insisted the Fire Department did not have to come as they had it under control. Made me uneasy that a professional did not survey this situation. Finally I had a neighboring room with TV Blasting loud all night long. I had to call front desk at 3:00 am. I was told they would take care of it, but nothing happened. TV remained loud all night long. All I ask for is clean and quiet. I travel a lot for work and will not be staying here again.

The staff was exceptional! So kind, polite and always ready to help with whatever we needed. The room we first was given had a window that wouldn't close all the way and the toilet keep running, but they, without any problem, gave us another one and it was perfect! (The first one had a wonderful view of water and lots of trees!)

When I pulled up to the hotel and saw the entrances I was taken back the fort was dirty and worn , then the woman at the check in desk was not friendly and her aperience was dirty and she did not look or great us in a friendly welcoming way , I thought I made a mistake booking this hotel . But when I got off the elevator the hallways were lovely and the room was perfect , They need to check the entrance and the women who welcomed us ,, terrible In the morning we were greeted by a young man who was warm and friendly,

This property does not mention the $25 per night fee on top of what you pay through booking websites in order to bring pets, or the $75 fee to leave a kenneled pet in the room if you leave to go to eat or use the pool or gym which are both pet free. They also turned the room keys off at 10 am despite checkout being at 11 so we had get let back in to retrieve our property and check out

Property is very run down and our room is so dirty! So much hair on the floor that it’s obvious it want swept at all. Probably dirtiest hotel bathroom I’ve seen in hundreds and hundreds of stops.

Decent Stay
Place was decent. Very hard to find, especially because we were arriving late at night and it was behind other hotels. Accomodations were fine, beds comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was okay- the best part was the pancake maker that made pancakes on an "assembly line" type of thing. My daughter loved it.

If you are looking for minimalist room furnishings, thiss is the place for you. There were 2 beds, a nightstand between the beds, a table serving as a desk, a desk chair and some storage shelving below the wall mounted TV. No carpet anywhere and gray tones of paint throughout. I got the impress that the room was large, but that could be from the lack of furnishings. The hall was a uniform tone of gray, giving off a prison vibe. Never again.
