I liked the easy on and easy off from the highway. It was very quiet. I did notice that the flooring in both suites are wearing, the sheers on the windows were torn.

Overall, the property and facilities were run down. Carpets and ceilings were stained and fixtures were rust and tarnished. Limited hot breakfast options. When we opened the door to our room the smell was overwhelming. It reeked of perfume or some other cover scent. The outdoor pool was not open yet. We asked for additional pillows and were told "we don't do that". I was so disappointed in my stay I am canceling my reurn trip reservation. I will be checking to make sure the $50 damage hold is removed from my card.

Only problem was that it is a non - smoking facility however I smelled cigarette smoke near my room late a night . I called the front desk to report it & they responded quickly to the situation.

The property looks good from outside. Inside was very average. The lobby furniture was gray but looked worn and dirty. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The corridor carpet was worn and you could feel uneven flooring while walking. The bathroom sink was broken, piping was showing rust and wallpaper needed repair.

Check in was bad, staff behind the desk chatting away and ignoring patrons for several minutes. I asked for a quiet room so I could work, they gave me the one across from the elevator, and were surprised when I returned and asked for a quiet room - again, which I did get. Room is large, clean, modern, but strangely under furnished. No luggage rack, and a very big empty space along one wall, which clearly should’ve had furniture. When I asked, they said that “corporate” had removed all the luggage tracks and taken away the long benches that were there, saying nobody needed them, so there’s no place to put your luggage except balanced on one very small armchair or the desk which I was working on. No second bedside lamp if two people are sharing the room. No shower soap. Breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

No one was at the front desk to check in initially. It was 3pm when check in started. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the housekeepers were extremely loud at 6am-8am. Slamming doors and yelling down the hallways. It was a weekend stay so the option to sleep in was taken away due to the noise. The walls are also super thing and you could hear other guests next to you as well as on the floor above.

Spent the night as we were traveling through the area. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space. Conveniently located near restaurants for dinner. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - fresh waffles, sausage, French toast sticks, and lots more to choose from.

Staying in Pooler was great for convenience. We had plenty of options for food and was a great stop when traveling. There was plenty of shopping as well, but we didn't stay but 1 night.

Would stay here again.
The hotel is in a great location. The hotel appeared to be well maintained and the staff were friendly. No problems with parking or check in. Breakfast wasn’t fancy, but was good.

Had trouble at check in person on duty called manager at on the phone she was nonchalant about the situation. On there end they charged me $102 and on my end they charged $163.13. Some people shouldn’t be in management if can’t understand just cause you are off don’t mean you off.

The rooms are outdated, you can hear every step a person take in the room above. I actually traveled alone and did not feel safe, I’m not sure if truckers, workers, stay there, but all night long people were knocking on the doors, back and fort, back and forth all night into the morning. I travel often and this is the first hotel I’ve been to that can not charge a bottle of water to the room. The day before the front desk attendant charged water and chips to the room with no problem.I waited 15 minutes at front desk because nobody was there, finally I had to walk in the back to get someone, and was told she probably in the restroom
