Our room was clean and quiet. Front desk personnel were friendly and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

Very Pleasant and Convenient

I stayed at this hotel as it was the midway point between Miami and Tennessee. At first I picked it because it was one of the only few hotels that accepted pets and my puppy was traveling with me. I was impressed with how clean the room I received was and how nice the reception treated us. The pet fee was only 35$ which is less than a Hilton chain. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Paper thin walls !

Could hear every word spoken in next room. Their tv worse. Listened to yaping dog across hall bark for hours- Unable to talk with manager, desk clerk no help. Hard to sleep.

Potentially Excellent Pet Friendly Hotel

The accomodations are excellent for a 3 star hotel. Nice walking area for dogs, although a bit small. The hotel staff were disappointing and obviously very much afraid of dogs, even therapy dogs. Pet friendly hotels should have a pet friendly staff. A change in staff from the front desk on down would make this a really excellent pet friendly hotel!

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate the 4 star review you've given our location. However our staff all own pets in many ranges, which is why they are pet friendly. That's never been a issue at the Wingate as we are very lenient with our pet policy.

Pros: cleanliness and rooms
Cons: breakfast items should be fresh

Pros: Location to work, breakfast and comfort.
Cons: Wifi, cable menu.
Location: Good location for my work. Easy access to Interstate, airport and restaurants.
WiFi was difficult to connect to and then stay connected. Delayed my checkout by 1 hour with no problem.

Not customer friendly

Pros: Location to where I was visiting, otherwise, nothing.
Cons: Everything, from the initial check-in, the breakfast stock, and the functioning of the in-room features (e.g., TV).
Location: I visited the area specifically to see the Mighty Eighth Air Force museum in Pooler, GA; I enjoyed the visit and the experience.
The desk clerk was more interested in taking phone calls than checking me in. She answered and responded to two phone calls, when in my opinion she should have put them on hold until I was checked in. The room, although clean, was the worse for wear, with nicks and scratches on the furniture; like it had been around for decades. The free breakfast (I showed up at 8am) was not very well stocked; only one banana. The TV was very fuzzy until I realized that it was analog, not digital; not sure why, but it was unwatchable. The bathroom, although clean on the surface, was grungy in the grout, seams around the tub were blackened, and the paint on the bottom of the door was pealing. The outward appearance of the building said new, but inside said worn and neglected; obviously the manager didn't want to invest money in maintaining the facility.

We do apologize if your stay was not satisfying. With it being a very busy weekend the breakfast foods go very fast as the attendant repeatedly replenishes everything. Thanks for choosing our location. All machine are running in our fitness center. There have been times when guest would manually power off a machine by the power switch. If by chance on your next visit this happens, please be sure to let the front desk know to ensure that someone can assist with the matter.

Great hotel, close to everything

Pros: Quiet room even next to the utilities closet. VERY comfy bed. Great location close to shopping and restaurants
Cons: Longer darker curtains to keep parking lot lights from shining into room

Location: Very pleasing location.
Everything was fine except for several little hairs in bathroom area that I removed before my wife went there. But I liked the place.
