Very good
It was nice and comfortable. The service at the breakfast was very friendly although they were busy. At the opposite the reception was quite slow. The cleaness of the room was excellent as we can aspected in a 4 stars. Extra service like the bycicle can to be improve.

Excellent Beach Front Hotel
Excellent Hotel on the beach front in Alassio. Fabulous check in. Service is 5 star maybe even 6 star.,,,, Clean spacious room with balcony and stunning views. Breakfast is great! Easy parking. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend.

Great location, great Hotel.
Wonderful time here for two nights in January.I have stayed here several times and it never disappoints Check in was very good fast friendly .We had a lovely sea view room which was really comfortable,the bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped.The whole Hotel is clean and well appointed.Staff are very professional and helpful Breakfast was very good ,a good choice of hot and cold food and lovely fresh fruit and breads. I highly recommend this hotel. In great area and because of time of year parking free and easily found , not the case in summer!

Great Hotel in Alassio
Excellent Hotel, with good facilities, lovely new swimming pool and great position. Beach facilities were excellent. We did not try the evening meal as there were so many places to eat out

Great stay. Excellent location and very helpful staff. I was disappointed that the beach closed early and opened late in the morning as that meant we had very little time on the lovely private beach. Local public beach is very close so not a major problem. We shall definitely return. Lovely sea view. No major issues at all.

Alassio: seaside vacation, Italian style...
Very pleasant 4* hotel in a pretty seaside , with all the advantages of being in a Italy, plus the beach. No disappointments whatsoever, impeccable service. Only one surprise: particularly expensive daily rate for beach access - could have been better announced.

Great, personal hotel by the beach
A very personal hotel with great service and atmosphere, located by the beach and close to the bars and restaurants. The staff was very service minded. The breakfast was outstanding! We were lucky to get an upgrade with view over the sea and the mountains. Our best recommendations for a visit in Alassio.

Lovely room pity about the rest.
Check in was good. We were given an upgrade do we had a lovely room. Breakfast was ok but nothing great. We were charged €20 for our 2 small dogs at check out. We were told this was for a cleaning fee. Highway robbery!!! We left the room spotless. Also this information was not on hotels.com on my booking page. Not impressed at all. Spoilt our weekend.

Nice hotel esp. location, outside breakfast gazebo was great.For a 4 star hotel in Italy, food was below par, except for pastry .We found the room for 2 people quite small and our window was looking at scaffolding. TV tiny .Lobby decoration not same as add. Extras(beach chairs, towles ,parking )expensive. I give it a 3star.

Good value right at the beach.
Alassio turned out to be a gem on the Italian Riviera and this hotel was right at the beach. The room was clean and adequate. THE WiFi worked well. The hotel staff was friendly and fluent in English . Breakfast was very good. Parking was available for 20 Euros per night. I would recommend this hotel and Alassio to anyone travelling along the Italian Riviera.

Better places than this in Alassio.
Had to complain at 1,2 +5 in the morning about the lightshade and wardrobe doors shaking because of heavy stomping from room above. Reception couldnt change my room and assured me the people were leaving next day. Next 3 days exactly the same.

Great week in Alassio
My friend and I really enjoyed our week in Alassio, it's a great place to go for sun, sea, sand, pizza and wine! Our hotel room was big enough for two people, with a really nice big double bed (which we discovered at the end of our trip was two single beds pushed together, but we hadn't noticed!) Nice bathroom as well but really bad hair dryer - not good if you have long, thick hair like my friend and I! No swimming pool, massages are really expensive (at least 50 euros), and 20 euros a day to use the beach, down to 12.50 euros if you want to go after 2pm (I've stayed in a different hotel in Alassio before where it was 10 euros after 2pm). Lovely to have no English people there either!

Lovely Hotel located beachside. Excellent breakfast. The only negative aspect of our stay was the charge the Hotel made for the use of the beach facilities. They charged €44 per day for the use of an umbrella, 2 sun beds and towels which we felt was a complete rip off. As the Hotel doesn't have a pool we felt they took the opportunity to overcharge for above. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Arrived first day, could not find air conditioning. Called reception, will send someone. 3 days later no sign of anyone. Lucky we found the air conditioning hidden behind a pile of furniture in the corner, 4* hotel with private beach. Forgot to mention that the beach costs an extra €35 per day to use! Car park costs €20 per day extra Last day, woke at 7 to get early start to airport. No hot water for showers! No staff till 8:00am! 9:10 ask for car to be delivered back. 9:30 not back yet and were are now late for airport! 9:35 car delivered back damaged so have to wait for the manager (Basil Fawlty personified!) . No apology, but one day car park free! now we are really late and have to rush to airport to get our flight. As a result, no time to refuel hire car so penalised another €56 by car hire for refueling! All in all, avoid this claimed 4*, it would struggle to make 2* in the UK! A complete shambles. The only good side is the restaurant with very helpful and friendly waiting staff

It is a nice hotel but the main problem was I paid extra for a sea view room but didn't get a sea view. The room was forward facing but only on the 1st floor, you could barely see the sea at all because of the trees in front of the hotel!

Only 3 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food perfectly OK. Beach a bit expensive compared to other adjacent private beaches, but it did have a restaurant. Good location.

Position good, very good personnel and service but the sea view room was very different from picture. The room was very small and the restroom was uncomfortable. Nice wellness center. It's a three stars hotel with four stars hotel price

Comfortable hotel with lovely outside seating & breakfast area adjacent to beach. Carlos the barman was particularly good with nothing being too much trouble. Excellent snacks provided with drinks - a very good touch.
