Pros: Amazing staff. Sara. Loved her. :) The main floor has great bones and could be amazing if maintained. good price. Cons: The rooms. No bueno! They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach.

Older property with friendly staff, hard beds
The pictures accurately show a lovely old hotel with a charming old world exterior. The staff were extremely friendly, even though I arrived late and was probably the only guest. The high ceilings and tall windows, and comforting bric-a-brac, tell the tale of an older hotel with a grand old tradition and appeal. Unfortunately, some aspects need updating, like the hard (and lumpy) bed, cramped bathroom with tiny shower, and crumbling floor surface. (Note: I was a single traveler, other rooms are likely more spacious.) In terms of overall comfort, perhaps a touch below expectations at this price. Definitely a convenient and friendly stopping place if you are on the road.

Very attractive building
Very difficult to sleep because of noisy Germans in bar outside, one woman with a false laugh like a gatling gun. Very loud sea gulls all night. Otherwise delightful.

Families with kids only!
This hotel is really geared to families with children, only. The pool is too small and overtaken by kids all the time, there should be an adult swim time at least every two hours or so. The rooms do not have ac and the bathrooms are very small. The beach at Finale Ligure is nice but really crowded, at least in August. The best thing was Finalborgo at the walking distance with some nice restaurants and nightly performances at the piazza.

Big, Old, Comfy Hotel
I enjoyed my stay here. It's a big, old building from maybe the late 1800s converted into a hotel. Rooms have no AC, but high ceilings help keep rooms bearable. Staff was very nice. Location is great, ample parking, and an easy walk to the pretty Finalborgo medieval district. Although a beach town, the beach at Finale Ligure has some kind of big industrial thing dumped in the middle of it, so the locals very smartly promote the opportunities for mountain biking instead, which is excellent in the area. Many guests are German or German-speaking.

Purtroppo avuto spiacevole imprevisto, dovendo rientrare un giorno prima, ho chiesto al hotel di venirmi incontro. Ma hanno risposto che non era possibile, perché la prenotazione e stata fatta con voi. Poi la camera era un forno, con ventilatore a piantana, che serviva solo a muovere aria calda, comunque una sauna.

Gentile Sig.ra Cinzia, ci dispiace molto non si sia informata sulla struttura prima di prenotare: su tutti i siti sono indicati la distanza dal mare (circa 1 Km) e il servizio navetta che offriamo ai nostri ospiti (e che lei ha rifiutato, così come ha rifiutato la tourist card per viaggiare gratuitamente sull’autobus). Come da descrizione, le camere standard non hanno il condizionatore, mentre la minuscola piscina è 11m x 6m. Ci dispiace, soprattutto, non ci abbia esposto direttamente in struttura il problema della mancanza di condizionatore: avremmo potuto controllare se ci fosse stata disponibilità di una camera superior con condizionatore. Speriamo di poterLa ospitare in un'altra occasione per poter soddisfare al meglio le Sue richieste.

Camera vecchia, muri poco puliti, bagno troppo troppo piccolo, mancanza quasi totale di prese di corrente . Per la colazione era necessario riporre i vassoi come se si fosse in una mensa e per passare dall’esterno all’interno con il vassoio in mano ed una porta che non restava mai aperta non era il massimo della comodità. Tre stelle sono troppe. E comunque pagare più di 100 euro a notte per un posto così è tanto . La realtà è ben diversa dalle foto a partire dalla piscina. Unica nota positiva : letto comodo

Anniversario di matrimonio
Ottima posizione, in 2 minuti si arriva nel centro di Fibalborgo, in 15 minuti si aggiunge la spiaggia a piedi dimenticandosi dell’aito. Personale molto gentile. Cani ammessi senza problemi. Colazione compresa nel prezzo ottima e abbondante. Torneremo sicuramente.

Hotel semplice ma pulito ed economico
L'albergo è sicuramente pulito e la camera comoda. Il personale è molto gentile ma la struttura soprattutto i corridoi e le scale che portano alle camere risentono dell'essere stato un tempo un convento. Un pochino troppo spartane e "tristi".

Tolle Erholung im Frühling
Idealer Ausgangsort für Wanderungen, Radtouren oder im Sommer zum Baden. Insgesamt eine gewisse Camp- oder (wegen des Gebäudes) Klosteratmosphäre, aber trotzdem Individualität möglich. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sehr sauber, Bad erst kürzlich neu ausgestattet.
