“Absolutely horrible hotel experience. The room we originally got was dirty, and still had glue-on lashes from the previous guests sitting on our table beside the dirty coffee pot. The floors were filthy and not vacuumed - so I went and asked for a clean room. The next room they gave us was even worse. It had a horrible chemical smell, which I tried to ignore and thought maybe they cleaned this room really well and that’s why it smelled. NOPE. The bathroom floor was so sticky, my husband wiped it……

“MY DAUGHTER WAS CARRYING HER LUGGAGE TO THE TRUCK AND SHE STEPPED IN THE HOLE IN THE PARKING LOT SHE FELL AND TORE HER KNEES AND ELBOW UP REALLY BAD.... THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO FIX THEIR PARKING LOT.”

“The staff were very helpful. The sheets were very stained, and need to be replaced; same with the pool towels. The waterslide is fun, however, no pool attendants and made for unsafe/un managed slide exits.”
