3/5 Okay

Needs maintenance and cleaning!! The owner doesn't answer the phone!!!
The location is perfect. Don't have enough words to explain the beauty of the nature and the mountain . Really recommend.

1/5 Terrible

It was not a nice experience.
The top floor unit we had booked was filled with another group. We were moved to the main floor unit that was not appropriate for our group of 7. It was dirty, the fridge was outside the building, there was no washing machine, the bbq had no propane, the ceiling was about 6 ft 4 inches. After we checked out on time the owner sent a couple emails saying we checked out late and that he wanted more money. We proved that we checked out on time. We requested a partial refund for being placed in a lesser accommodation and were not offered anything. The owner did not care that we were in a lesser accommodation than we paid for. Saxeten is a beautiful community of about 100 people at an elevation of 4000 ft. There is a beautiful rustic hotel here and other VRBO properties. My complaint is that our property was double booked or falsely advertised and the owner didn’t care to do anything. We have photos of our unit before, during and after. We have emails where the owner admits his booking mistake. We have the email where the owner accused us of staying late and requested even though we were already in Austria. We had neighbours who watched us check out, have receipts from stores between Saxeten, Switzerland and Innsbruck, Austria. I would not recommend staying at this property.

4/5 Good

4/5 Good
