“THE ROOM STUNK !!!!! IT WAS UNBEARABLE MY WIFE WALKED IN AND HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY !!!!! SHE HAS ALERGIES SHE HAD AN ATTACK IN THE CAR AFTER LEAVING THERE WAS NO ATTENDENT AT THE DESK I HAD TO REGISTER OVER A PHONE !!! I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED WITH THEM PLEASE TAKE THIS OFF YOUR LISTING TO PROTECT OTHER CUSTOMERS !!!!!”

“Our room was on the first floor. The smell of the room was musty and moldy. Ended up going to Urgent Care after getting home from allergy reaction to the mold. Woke up both mornings with my eyes crusted shut. Hot tub had green algae or something on the tiles. There is NOT good air quality and a lot of mustiness that’s not being addressed. Did NOT have a shower curtain in the shower. Had to go to the front desk to get one and had to figure out how to install it. Put toilet seat down and there……

“Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . ”
