Hard to understand how this could be a Best Western property. The hotel and room smelled bad due to moisture and the fact that there was no AC in the room or the lobby area. It was hot and pretty much unbearable. There were also no ice machines and no fridge in the room.

Schlechte Internetqualität im Hotel. Laut Hotels.com gibt es Wäschemöglichkeiten, nach dem Check-in gibt es tatsächlich keine Wäschemöglichkeiten. Die Bahngleise neben dem Hotel sind etwas laut und man kann kaum einschlafen

Not bad at all. Bed really comfortable. Room fairly large. Only criticism was staff member knocking on door when I had "Do not disturb" sign on door after working all night.

Great short stay
Hotel Was Very clean. Breakfast Very nice. Serivce great! Barman Tomas was really nice ,he makes great drinks. Excellet customer serivce.

The hotel was secluded (quiet), had ample parking, and was very nice inside. The room that we obtained was very spacious and clean. The minibar has a lot of refreshments and variety. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in a nice dining area.

Not good best western
Staff is super friendly and nice, but hotel is located in a very industrial area far of everything, despite Leipzig is a small city. The lobby and restaurant area looks good, and breakfast as well but... at least my room is pretty old looking and smells terrible

A great stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel which was of a high standard. The room was large with a comfy bed. The only down fall was that there was no air conditioning in our room, which would have made our stay perfect.

The room was very dated and looked nothing like the puctures shown . We had Issues with the internet, and the phone in the room didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep till the early hours of the morning because there was an event downstairs the night we stayed and it was quite noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good Location. Close to public transport.
The hotel is located close to a tram line that takes about 20 minutes to get to the city. The restaurant had very good food but the service was very slow and one staff member was particularly rude. He was not a regular waiter or bar staff but appeared to be a manager.

For the money that we pay, is a good hotel! Awesome breakfast! Play room for my kid, comfortable room! We stayed for two nights and it was good !

Good for relaxation, short stay for business
Good: 1) the staff were friendly & helpful. They replied patiently about my questions where to get to the city, super market nearby, bus stops, bus scedules. 2) Breakfast: many & good choices, didn't expect than I thought. Staff: good service, one staff even remember what beverage I ordered the next day; I didn't tell her and she served me a cup of cappuccino on my table. 3) Quite: I stayed at the highest floor (5th/F). Bad: 1) the pillow was too soft, my back neck was uncomfortable during sleeping. I need a hard pillow. 2) Distance: It took 25 minutes from the hotel to the city/main train station. There was a a big supermarket & kind of a small shopping malls nearby (5 minutes walk).

Our room was clean and contained everything that we needed. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The server spoke basic English. He was incredibly friendly and smiled a lot. The food was very good.Breakfast was also very good. There was a very good variety of foods, hot and cold. The wait staff was helpful and professional.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet. Haltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal und grosse Zimmer. Das Bett war riesengroß und der Balkon ist ein extra plus.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig. Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle für die Fahrt in die Stadt war gleich um die Ecke.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, wenn man mit dem Auto nach Leipzig anreist, da sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden sind und die Tram-Bahn-Station der Linie 3, welche in 25 min. direkt ins Zentrum fährt, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt ist. Sonst ist im näheren Umkreis des Hotels nicht wirklich was zu finden, da es sich in einem alten Industriegebiet befindet. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Leider ist das Gebäude etwas hellhörig gebaut. Wir hatten unser Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant und konnten erst Ruhe finden, als dieses geschlossen hatte. Auch sind wohl manche Zimmer, die zur Tram-Bahn liegen, etwas lauter... Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Brotaufstrichen, Eier, Speck, Wurst, Käse, div. Marmelade, Müsli, Joghurt, Säfte, Smoothies usw. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen, wenn man mit dem Auto nach Leipzig reist.
