“My sister and I booked the Allen House for the 4th of July weekend. We loved the property and the house is absolutely stunning. If you love old historical homes it's a great find. The owners were very kind and helpful and the food was so amazing!! We loved their dog captain and the room was very cozy and cute. The only thing I would say is that it gets very warm in the room and I like to sleep in colder rooms so that was my only complaint about the stay. Everything else was a 10/10. I would……

“Loved the walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice ambiance change from larger hotels with all the same amenities. Clean and comfortable room.”

“A cute little BnB. The furnishings are a bit dated, but it is an older house, so I suppose that is the point. I slept well as the neighborhood was very quiet. The outside garden was a bit of a mess, but inside was comfy/cozy. Lots of chairs to lounge in inside and on the porch/deck outside. Breakfast was cooked to order, copious and filling. A weird quirk though was that there was no bacon or sausage. Apparently, the place is meatless though they will cook it if you bring it, which was a bit……

“Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Easy checkin, great communication. Great yard to lounge in with lots of privacy. Parking was free and super easy/close, right in front. Kitchen was amazing. ”

“Very easy to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the common areas were also very cozy and well-stocked with everything you could need, especially the kitchen. The restaurant next door was a bit loud at peak time of the evening, but that quieted down by the time we wanted to sleep and from then on it was nice and quiet. No complaints, will be coming back here again! Oh, and parking can be difficult to find in the middle of the day, but it really wasn’t THAT had to find a parking spot, just had……
