Sadly there was a hockey tournament in the area and there were 50 poorly supervised young boys in/around the pool which made it unsafe for a 4 and 6 year old to enjoy the pool. The “chaperones/parents” were irresponsible, not the hotels fault but absolutely affected our stay

The hotel was convenient and had an excellent breakfast but i didn’t like the steep coat of a late checkout for $85 for 3 hours, i don’t even thibk the hotel was fully booked
And then right at 2:59 as we were packing up a phone call and knock on door

There were ants in our room, the manager tried to blame us. They did move us rooms after I refused to let him spray insecticide everywhere to kill the ants. I inquired about getting a reduced rate because of this fiasco. I was told a manager would call me, but no call and we paid the full amount (which was not cheap).

Hello Arlene. Good evening. As soon as I got called from you for ANT issue, I went up with Ant spray but you refused. I apologized to you first. Then I offered you room change and showed up you new room which was our Business Suite more higher rate than your original existing 2 Queen bed. You agreed and moved to new room. During Checked Out you asked for discount and asked for call from Manager. I called you and explained to you that, as we were sold out and gave you room changed with higher rate, we can not allow you discount at this moment. You said okay. I appreciated your business and advised you to call in future reservation to our hotel to honor you BW discounted rate. You replied okay, thank you. Mohammed.
Leah and reception staff were welcoming and assisted with the needs for our large group. They opened the dining area so that our boys' basketball team could eat together. The boys loved the swimming pool. Included breakfast served 6:30am-10:30am an added bonus for our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. One negative is behind the headboards a lot of dirt, dust and trash accumulated. If we have more games at Toronto Pan Am center we would stay here again.
The hotel staff and manager are both unprofessional and not understanding of kids staying in their hotel, chargwd $84 extra because they dont how to clean their bed sheet

Any damages happened during guest stay, guest has to pay as per our hotel policy which guest did signature upon arrival on registration card.We found bed sheet damaged during your stayed.So, we charged you.Sorry for inconvenience.Still we appreciate your business.Thanks.
