Pleasant quiet location

Pros: Central to mall, interstate and direct route to beaches
Cons: Pastries for breakfast... Donuts
Location: Like quiet loc
Friendly staff, quiet. As mentioned, might add pastries, donuts, etc for am guests

Great pet friendly Hotel!

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable and pet friendlLy! The staff was professional and gracious.
Location: Near old orchard beach. Sharps and beaches close by.

Met Our Needs

Pros: We liked the location and staff
Cons: It could be cleaner and the breakfast could improve.
Location: Lots of stores and places to eat were nearby. The beaches were a 10 to 15 minute drive.
This hotel worked out well for us. The staff were very friendly and the location was very good. Our room was adequate and quiet. It just needs to tidy up a few things and improve it's grab n go breakfast a little. We would stay here again.

Filthy Dirty and overpriced

Dirty,dirty dirty... uncomfortable bed... would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced...

Reasonable rate hotel for area

Hotel itself was ok but the room we had needed work. The bathroom door wouldn't latch, the toilet was hard to flush and not to mention loud as was the bathroom fan. The kitchenette was a nice feature but wasn't stocked with any dishes, utensils, etc. You had to request it. The refrigerator and freezer doors would stick together so sometimes they wouldn't seal up. The recliner in the room had been damaged by what seemed to be cat claws as was the headboard. When I opened the curtains I also noticed that the backsides had never been cleaned as they were full of cat hair.

comfortable and convenient

Cons: The hotel needs a bit of updating
I have stayed here many, many times and have found it to be perfect for my needs while in the area. I appreciate the small kitchenette and ability to fix meals for myself. It is a quiet location and has a very pleasant and helpful staff. Price is getting a bit out of hand now though and even though they have added a grab and go continental breakfast I find it becoming a bit overpriced.

Good for the price

The hotel seems quite new, but the amenities are absolute minimum ( not enough soap or shampoo was provided) and the towels were thin. Cooking utensils have to be requested. The hotel front entrance is not automatic, so it makes entry difficult when using the luggage cart. The location was great, close to all shopping. The wi-fi is very slow also.
