Lovely hotel. Loved our stay, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It is a good 15-20 min walk from the attractions.

We loved our stay at the hotel, the place is clean the staff are friendly and professional. The room was great, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 dogs, very dog friendly. Drink bowls in 2 places for them to have a drink. Breakfast was great, cold and hot options, very tasty. We had 2 very small pieces of feedback, there were no coasters/beer mats in the bar area to put glasses on. The room we stayed didn't have a bright light near a mirror for me putting on make up. Important as I had a job interview. But very small things. We would definitely stay there again, and we will.

Hotel was in a good area for walking and not far from seafront or town centre... Having it's own car park was very useful and dose a excellent breakfast 👍👍

Hotel is typical of the area! Due to the age of the property, the rooms are looking tired and can be noisy from other guests (not a fault of the guests per se). Creaking floorboards, movement around adjacement rooms can be heard very easily. Really no soundproofing to dampen any noise within the room or corridors. Coffee making facilities are available (kettle could do with a descale). Clean and usable, so no complaint in that regard. I am giving 5 stars to the staff, who are very courteous and friendly. Helpful in every respect, and pleasant to guests.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and efficient. We were very impressed with our accommodation and the Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We would happily stay there again.

Well placed for where I was working. Quiet room. I slept very well. Parking is not free, it's £6per day. The room was OK but quite tatty, bathroom was less than appealing, lots of old limescale and grubby grouting. Plughole and overflow in basin needed a good clean /descale and toilet pan was brown below the waterline. Paint on corner of bedroom looked like it was /had been leaking as stain marks.

The hotel is typical 3*. The room we were allocated was small and in particular the shower. At the time of our visit the thermostat on the shower was not working so it was not possible to control the temperature. It was very hot! The hotel is on the South Cliff with limited restaurants and bars available. However staff were very friendly generally very helpful.

Scarborough stay
Hotel looked very stylish on arrival. Rooms were disappointing. One room was quite small with tiny shower cubicle that had a curtain. The hotel did change this room on our request, however room very small and not quite what was expected. It was only for one nights stay. Receptionists were very helpful.
