I had scheduled to stay one week. Upon arriving I noticed I had no refrigerator. I asked for another room and was told it would be another 100 dollars minimum to change rooms. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were more accommodating to my needs. I have three more trips planned and will be using another Hotel for them.

I'm sorry to see that you weren't pleased with your accommodations at our hotel. We do offer rooms that are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, and there is a price differential. Our goal is to meet the needs of each and every guest that passes through our doors. In some instances we are able to meet those needs without added expense to the guest. There are instances, however, where the adjustments have costs associated with them if we're unaware of the need(s) prior to arrival. Safe area. Staff friendly, helpful.

My stay was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The halls and room were a bit dated but clean. Even though I didn't use the pool or fitness center, they were clean. The breakfast had a good variety with plenty to eat and enough tables and chairs. Even though I was there alone, I felt safe. I wish a refrigerator and microwave were included without an extra charge. I would stay here again and recommend this Americinn.

Solid hotel close to the airport.

Pros: Warm breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness - a wee dingy around the corners but otherwise clean!
Easy check-in process. Hot breakfast was a bonus. Easily accommodating for my small dog.

I was in a room half the size of others. Based on the configuration of the building, this is true of 10% of the rooms. I estimate the rooms reserved for hotel.com customers. I stayed 2 days and 3 nights. The first day I was out of the room 7 hours waiting for them to clean. No internet the first day. After talking to the clerk on duty, he did not have a clue. This is a cut rate operation similar to a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn, but charges the rates of a L Quinta. I will avoid this chain in the future.

We don't have specific room types for Hotels.com; but they do offer more favorable pricing for that particular room type when their members confirm room accommodations with us. We hope that you will consider us again in the future, and stay in one of our rooms that offers one king bed and/or two double beds. I'm confident that you will find them to be more spacious, and more suitable to your needs. Also, we're always happy to share a window of time that you prefer your room to be cleaned, and the housekeepers will do their very best to meet that desire. They're typically here 8 hours per day, and we apologize if your room was one to be cleaned later in the day after your first night.

Great place; great rates

We had very nice accommodations st a reasonable price. The staff was helpful, the breakfast served was good, the hotel was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

It took over 20 minutes to check in due to no one at the front desk. The rooms looked a lot bigger in the photos than they really are. A couple of times there was no replacement toilet paper and none of my devices would stay connected to the wifi.
