Nice little pool.... not too deep. Kids loved it! Comfortable clean room. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great price!

Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: More hot items for breakfast especially Oatmeal.
Location: Off of Higgins Road and Rte 290. Close to Woodfield Mall, lots of eating places nearby. Shopping.
Did not eat breakfast during my stay. Came down at 9am. "Hot" (only TWO) already EMPTY. Was not replenished. Apples were bruised. Disappointing. Breakfast at AmericInn Madison WI is SO MUCH BETTER. Towel rack kept on falling. Needs to be fixed. Front desk staff when I checked in and out were friendly.

Conveniently located for conventions and shopping

The room was cozy and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that the lighting was not bright enough, and furniture appeared old and beat up, i.e., coffee table chewed up on the corners and the sofa appeared to have stains on it.

Be careful with extra charge on your card

they charged me an extra $122 for smoking in the room, I never smoke in my life, just the way they try to take people's money, after brake nerve that money they gave me back to the card, never more there

In researching your comments, we have found that the $122 that was visible on your credit card account was authorized upon arrival for incidental charges only. This type of authorization takes 3-5 business days to return to your account. There weren't any charges placed upon your account for fees of any sort. Your reservation was pre-paid, which made your account exempt for room and tax charges as well. If you have any other questions about your account you're always welcome to contact the hotel for review.

Quick booking, pleased with the room. Complimentary tea and coffee was very nice. Breakfast was standard but decent.

Good enough hotel; price is right

The rooms are comfortable and standard. The staff could use some polish but they are kind and compassionate - and that really matters. Breakfast, which was free, was good but needed more fruit and the eggs were awful - powdered?

Great service and location

We stayed for 3 nights, it was a very pleasant stay; stage is kind and gentle. The breakfast is good and has the basics, it changes every day and with good quality. The best part for me was the staff, they were very helpful and courteous. My friend lost his wallet and he went to front desk to ask for lost and found, but it wasn't there, next day when I did the check out, she asked me if my friend found his wallet, she didn't see me before, it was just because of the room number that she remembered. She was very kind. Please be aware that THIS IS NOT a 5star hotel, but the service that you receive it makes file like that.
