Good enough hotel; price is right

The rooms are comfortable and standard. The staff could use some polish but they are kind and compassionate - and that really matters. Breakfast, which was free, was good but needed more fruit and the eggs were awful - powdered?

Great service and location

We stayed for 3 nights, it was a very pleasant stay; stage is kind and gentle. The breakfast is good and has the basics, it changes every day and with good quality. The best part for me was the staff, they were very helpful and courteous. My friend lost his wallet and he went to front desk to ask for lost and found, but it wasn't there, next day when I did the check out, she asked me if my friend found his wallet, she didn't see me before, it was just because of the room number that she remembered. She was very kind. Please be aware that THIS IS NOT a 5star hotel, but the service that you receive it makes file like that.

Near O'Hare and lots of shopping

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Location: airport, shopping
I stayed here overnight because I needed to pick up friends flying into O'Hare early the next morning. The staff treated me so well that I rebooked for a night on the other end of my trip, a few days later, and had another good night in a friendly, comfortable place.

Disappointed

Outdated small bathroom and super outdated the smell was terrible I’m sorry but I wasn’t expecting this but staff very nice they should be representing a better hotel.

nice for the price

Pros: Friendly staff, decent breakfast for the cost
Large lit parking area, quiet rooms and decent restaurants within walking distance made this a nice choice.

A step up from Motel 3+3

Pros: Price, location.
Cons: Make mice go away. Put a fridge in EVERY room or fix the claim that states that.
As has been expressed by other reviewers: 1) Yeah, there was a mouse poop on the floor in front of the tub. 2) The statement in a part of the hotel description that says "all rooms have a refrigerator" is most certainly NOT true! My one night was pretty OK. Bought daughter stuff at Ikea, had smoked salmon for sup. Cheap. Hot breaky was a plus. Staff were very nice.

Great hotel for the price

Hotel puts a $50 hold on your credit card for 5 days for incidentals. This was not clearly stated when booking. Not the hotel's fault, just be aware. Breakfast was cold with stale pastries. There are some grab and go options. We were only there for a few hours, but the hotel was very clean, staff is friendly, helpful, and professional!

Don't bother

Pros: Not much. The breakfast was just "OK". Usual hotel complimentary stuff.
Cons: Update front lobby. Fix problems with rooms.
After a $25 cab ride from O'Hare, I arrived to find the lobby crowded and looking dated. I checked into my room and there was a smell coming from my room. I finally traced it to the sink trap. Closed the drain and put a towel over it so the smell could not escape. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told "Thanks for reporting this, I'll write up a slip to have it looked at." No offer to move me or compensate!
