The bed was cheap. Had to pay for breakfast. There was no dryer. Breakfast was expensive.

I am sorry you didn't enjoy your experience and that you had to pay for breakfast. It is a standard for all Courtyards to have a Bistro concept which includes paying for breakfast. The hotel does have a guest washer and dryer on the first floor and the staff should of let you know which I will be sure to have a conversation with them about it. nice hotel - great staff

Cons: condition of hotel common areas
the staff and room was awesome - however they did not clean up the common areas very well - trash cans over flowing and very dirty - towlels left on tables outside for days - trash left on floors - buckets of water to catch leak in roof

Tried to rent a movie on on demand and said it was sold out, when I called to the front desk her response was well that has never happened try resetting your tv. She didn't volunteer to send anyone or call back to see if it was resolved.

Never again.

The hotel had no hot water when we checked in and they never told us until we asked. We cancelled our reservation and left. The bathroom was also a mess.

There are never any surprises staying here. This is our 4th visit and Courtyard never lets us down! Fabulous staff makes us welcome every time. I would recommend this place to anyone.
