Simple Hotel

I had to wait almost ten minutes just for someone to check me in, while she was just sitting in the room behind the closed door. Then there was a light bulb in the room that was out.

Great place but still old feeling

Still old feeling despite obvious updates. Probably because of lingering cigarette smell

The key card

Key card was really not good I have go front desk to refresh key card almost everyday it will not open the door after I went out to tour then back night key card will not unlock door have go front desk

tired hotel that smelt

My first room smelt like a smoker had lived their for 6 weeks or that there had been or a stove top fire. Second room was only a little musty like those of my 4 colleagues. Comforter on bed looks nasty. Rest of room was relatively clean, but bathroom and furniture looks tired.

Comfortable!

We were accommodated and was able to keep the same room since we keep extending our stay on daily basis due to sickness of family member being visited.

Poor customer service

I reserved a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. The gentleman at the service desk had a poor attitude from the moment I began to check in and never even apologized for the error. I definitely will never come here again!
