Outstanding hotel close to Chicago

The check in was quick and easy, the room was awesome with a full kitchen including full size refrigerator, bed was outstanding, bathroom was very nice, just loved everything about it.

Would never recommend

We should have known this experience would be a problem as soon as we saw a huge pile of overflowing garbage & 3 chairs piled up at the elevator entrance. Our experience got worse once we entered our very dated room. The bathroom smelled moldy & the bed was so uncomfortable you felt all the springs pinching you. Half my body was numb from those springs when I got out of bed. After tossing & turning trying to get comfortable for 3 hours, the front desk clerk couldn't have been ruder. We just checked in 3 hours ago & it was now 1am. No empathy, no offer of another room & an overall bad attitude that I should even be making these comments. After my husband & I decided to go to another hotel, we returned to front desk to checkout & the desk clerk wouldn't even come to the desk after we called for her several times. Finally, we went outside, called the front desk & she appeared, still with her attitude. She dismissed our concerns & was not helpful at all. We left that hotel & found another in the area that we checked into at 2:30am. We were tired & exhausted from our trip & grateful to have found a room. In the end, we spent $3 more for our new hotel, which was a complete 360 from our experi nice with this hotel. We're unsure how these higher ratings were achieved because from what we saw & experienced, it was no where near this.

The staff was friendly and the location was great, unfortunately the cleanliness of the suite was not optimal.

Not one Christian tv station in this India owned hotel. Owner family took up all thw breakfast area; even when they were done, would not budge to accommodate paying guests.

Lower end hotel with no frills

Was here for business, was okay but no frills, the breakfast was hot but very little fruit. The bannas were spoiled and quite bruised making them uneatable. The orange juice was watered down to a thin liquid, ugh. The bed was old and lumpy. The thermostat did not work properly and maintenace was called to try and fix it. I stayed here for the price and you deal with the rest!

Good price, decent accommodations

Good food options in the area. Easy walking. Great location for our needs. Room was adequate; bed comfortable. Wasn't impressed with the dubious cleanliness of the breakfast area. The attendant robotically stocked the area, but the room needed a good cleaning.
