Lovely

I have no complaints. My husband and I will always stay in this hotel whenever we’re in the area. We’ve literally stayed here two weekends within the last month. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is perfect. The staff is also very attentive and punctual. We love the breakfast, comfort of the room and hotel in general. We also love the location of the hotel it’s right in the middle of restaurants, shopping centers and Woodfield Mall. Those are all pluses of staying here. I highly recommend this hotel whenever you’re in the area!

Very comfortable and quite!

Very clean and excellent customer service as reviews indicate. Need better iron, a skillet or 2 in addition to pots, and DVD player.

Home away from home

The suites here are amazing all the rooms were clean and very spacious. It almost has a townhouse feel. Very secure and would definitely stay again.

Nice stay. Close to Woodfield Mall and many other things. Quiet. Would stay again. Nice breakfast.

Nice

It was nice room smelled funny and there was a spider in the tub. Breakfast was at 7 am luckily i was close to the office to go. It wasn’t a huge spread breakfast was bland and only option for meat was bacon. Everyone doesn’t eat pork there needs to be more options.

Very nice hotel that made my husband and I feel at home. The hotel staff was very helpful, nice, and responsive. We also loved the set up and atmosphere of the room and hotel. It’s well kept and clean.

Lovely room for a getaway

We stayed in a fireplace suite. Thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of the room. Loved the room setup with the kitchen, bath and bed setup. Kitchen was a little light on cooking utensils, but we made do.Toilet seemed like it needed a new kit installed as was running frequently. Location of the bedroom to this made this issue not a problem from a noise standpoint as one couldn't hear it. Parking was good and neighborhood area was nice. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Tons of eateries nearby and close to large mall. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Great place to stay but no backup Generator

Location of this hotel is good if you want to stay away from downtown Facilities are good except during our stay there was electric power outage in the neighborhood and the hotel did not have backup generator. Not happy with Hilton standards remind in cold temp of 4F with kids. No compensation
