My biggest complaint was the breakfast for both mornings. It did not appear that amyone was atrendibg to the area. The eggs were gone both mornings. 😒

I booked it for 5 person but we just got 2 two queen beds it was very difficult to sleep I asked for extra bed but they didn’t provided us that was only issue we got!

The staff have been excellent here. I recently sold my home and have been doing a lot of traveling with my French bulldog and stayed in a couple of hotel rooms but La Quinta here in Schertz Texas is definitely rated 10 being best, they Have my Home Away from home much easier and convenient!!

Everything in this hotel was great (cleanliness, staff, new furniture), but what I liked the most was the tile floor of my room. The absence of carpet makes the rooms smell fresh.

HORRIBLE experience, do NOT stay here. I arrived at 2:30pm with 3 tired teenagers who just played a soccer game and needed to shower and rest up before another game this evening. I was told my room wasn’t ready and they no longer had 2 Double Queen rooms left, which is what I paid for on Expedia. I told her she would need to find a room for us, and she was a little flustered as she didn’t receive the list of the clean rooms from the cleaning staff. We get sent on our way with keys to a room, when we arrive the beds are stripped. I see a cleaning lady and ask her why the beds don’t have sheets, she advises that the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. After about 30 minutes and telling the front desk that the kids need to shower/rest and our room should’ve been ready at 3:00pm check in time. We now get sent to a room with 1 king size bed because everyone was tired and were told our room would be ready in 20 mins. After 1 hr the boys showered and are trying to rest when a couple walks in the room as they were given the key to the same room we were sent to. At this point it’s 5:50pm and we’re still in this temporary room, I told the front desk this is unacceptable and the boys were unable to rest. At 6pm we finally get our room just enough time to quick change into uniforms and back to the fields. Breakfast was a mess & so dirty. No butter, no juices, no water. Just waffles, toast and bagels. I stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago and it was a very different experience. Will never be back.

The bed had a hole in the middle my kids slept on the floor which is ashame , the shower was clogged up we told the lady in the front desk she said they can’t do nothing about it

The room was average. Ok for one night. The tv didn't work had to get staff to fix. No hair dryer, which was odd because I usually stay at LaQuinta but this location was a first time. No extra roll of toilet paper the bathroom had half a roll and no bag for dirty laundry.

They gave us an ADA room (not requested) and the TV didn't work (staff couldn't help) and was stuck watching the weather channel that night (only station that would work). The TV was also clear across the room from the bed:-(. The bathroom sink was just a sink attached to the wall, leaving nowhere to place our toiletries other than outside the bathroom. I changed rooms the following day. In this room, I went to use the toilet and it was like taking a shower! For some reason, the exhaust fan above the toilet was dripping water (constantly) right on the toilet! I took a video, went downstairs, showed the desk attendant (same one that couldn't help with the tv} the video and she actually got mad at me for reporting it!!! I went to my truck, got an umbrella to use while we used the toilet, and then canceled our last day in the hotel and ended our vacation a day early. For whatever the reason, when we checked out at 745am, there was no breakfast set-up (supposed to have started at 7:00). Needless to say, we won't be back.

Although the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good there were trash cans out side full of trash for 2 days the ice machine leaked water and we had to unplug the TV because the remote wouldn't work properly. I was not very happy I like to stay at la Quinta because I have pets but honestly could have stayed at motel 6 for half the cost and not been charged a pet fee after check in. As a business manager of a major Corporation I would find some way to insure that a valued guest like myself was compensated for such a disappointment of overall service

The TV did not work but the desk manager was polite and offered another room . The rooms are super quiet almost sound proof. Our only suggestion would be to put air fresheners in the hallways as they smelled musky. Not one employee was rude or inattentive

The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with nice bedding, lots of pillows and a beautiful comforter. Dove products in the bathroom and a fridge and microwave in the room. They even have a little section of snacks available for purchase near the front counter and free breakfast every morning. My stay was comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Big Error
The attendant accidentally gave our room information to another visitor who ended up walking into our room while I was breastfeeding my son. Attendants should be more careful when interacting with customers. I did notice that the attendant has headphone on in his ear while he was checking us in. This could have contributed to his error.
