Quiet Comfort

Reserved a King room. Spacious room with comfy bed. Clean with plenty of towels. Cold A/C. Breakfast better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. La Quinta as a company is a little skimpy with the toiletries but I don’t hold it against this particular location. They saved the day with a complimentary toothbrush when I realized I forgot mine! Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. My favorite place to stay when I’m in Schertz!

Awesome hotel!

This hotel was very nice. Everything was so clean and looked like new! There was a lot of restaurants near by which was very convient.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. The staff are terrific. Overall the hotel is clean but some fine details could be dialed in better The caulking in the shower had some black spots, mold? The painting of the bathroom was slopping w/no attention to detail. Again, I'd stay there again but the general manager could use a more critical eye when accessing each rooms details.

Harvey flood victim treated like potential lost $

I got my daughter from Hurricane Harvey. While moving what she has left to California, the U Haul trailer broke its leaf spring at 11pm on the way to Schertz Tx to stay the night. I called the hotel to explain why I can't make it in, and the lady working the office said call Expedia. She said she would refund if I booked directly. Called Expedia and they submitted the request with hotel mgmt. I just was told hotel mgmt said They will not refund because I tried to cancel too late. Horrible! No Empathy. Never again will I use either service or hotel.

Our hotel has only two managers and neither of us has spoken with anyone from Expedia about a reservation. Good for those with animals.

The hotel room was satisfactory, though in need of some TLC. Animal noise irritating during sleeping hours, but facility housed many from hurricane on Texas coast, and many animals were housed in the hotel. It was good for those needing shelter for their pets. We brought a cat, but he wouldn't calm down, so we boarded him.

For the price, it was okay. None of the staff are overly friendly other than the woman who makes breakfast. Our pull out sofa had a giant blood stain on it. We were at the end where it was super noisy. I wouldn't stay at the end again. If it was the only place to stay, I would gone back.

The hotel was overall nice. There was some mildew in the bathtub. If the mildew was not present, I would have rated the hotel a 5.

Comfortable Stay

Perfect place to stay if you have to travel with your puppies! The temperature outside had to be close to 100, and I was very pleased how great the AC in the room worked!
