Room was cold

Okay for a night staff was excellent but the room heaters don't do the trick makes for a chilly sleep and a cold shower experience. Great location shuttle to airport train to city center in 20 mins

Pros: nothing special
Was very cold when we came into the room. Had to open the heater valve. TV was not working properly. Had to look into channel O for instructions and websites, but could not get Channel O Parking was terrible.

Cold noisy room with limited shuttle service

This room was booked due to an early flight hence it's location and the shuttle service. You need to be aware that the shuttle service is very limited on arrival once an hour. Additionally it does not start until 6 am in the morning, so is inappropriate for early flights. Hence a taxi had to be taken which cost 20 Euros for a 2 mile trip. This meant it would have been more economic to take a taxi direntry from Den Haag. On top of this the room was very cold and could not be heated above 17°C, plus the noise insulation was poor and every planew going overhead could be heard. I would not book this hotel again and am tried and disappointed. I would book into the Ibis which has a more frequent shuttle service.

Very convenient to Shipol Airport with the hotels

Pros: Location and great breakfast.
Cons: Check-in needs to be a lot faster. Even though there was only one person ahead of me, it took 15 to 20 minutes to get checked in.
Location: Again great location! You can take the shuttle to the airport and the train to Amsterdam.
This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. The only thing I did not like was slow check-in. There were two other employs on the phone and doing other things. How about dropping them and check in your guests first?

Very unhelpful non professional

No one at the entrance to welcome ud no porter to help you with yr heavy bags from the bus to the hotel room. They told us to use a trolley from the reception area and we had to take it right up to the 5th floir with 5 suitcases. . Then we asked for a wake up xall to take our early morning train to Paris nand we never got a wakeup call. Fortunately we kept our own alarm n made it just in time for the train to take off. The 1st roim was dirty not cleaned. There was constructiin going on and loud noise. After a long flight we cldnt sleep. We asked to change the room or give the money back. They changed the room which was a littke xleaner than the first riim but the construction noise was stil there. I didnt find the hotel staff very friebdly. I will never stay thr again nor will i recommend it to anyone.

Good airport hotel

Pros: Quiet location; friendly staff; handy McDonalds on the nearby corner.
Cons: Option for a smaller a la crate breakfast.
Location: Nothingbin the immediate business park area. Take the free hotel shuttle back to the airport to connect to the handy downtown train.
A quick overnight stay for an overseas flight; didn't use the restaurant, but liked availability of the free shuttle. Nothing around the hotel, take the airport train to Centraal.

Great Stay

Pros: Clean and close by the airport and transportation. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel.
I had a great stay at this Best Western hotel. The room was very clean and very comfortable, I enjoyed my stay. The hair dryer was broken but replaced very quickly.
