Nice hotel with a great park

Great time having a walk in the park behind the hotel. Almost made up for the slow service from the staff

Decent hotel far from everything

Hotel room was good for family of 6. Hotel was not close to anything, was far from airport, had to pay for shuttle service and didn't always get on when you wanted. Pay for coffee in room. Hidden costs added up quickly.

Very isolated. Far from everything.

Very far from everything. Restaurant food and service very mediocre, but extremely expensive. We had to pay for absolutely everything, even for the airport shuttle, but of course, nobody told us that.

Arrived late and left early, but breakfast was great. Would not really call this an airport hotel, it took a good 10 min drive to get there from the airport.

Amsterdam Marriott - family vacation Europe

We were traveling thru Eruope with a family of 5. The family room was wonderful it provided 4 beds and two separate rooms so we could all get a comfortable nights rest before proceeding to Paris the following day. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport. It was a little farther then we had planned from the airport but very accommodating.

Nice hotel a little disappointed with the service.

On arrival we were asked to pay £150 insurance charge that we were not aware of and did not state on booking luckily we had bought a credit card with us. Arriving back at hotel late at night we had no milk facilities for a hot drink and when calling reception was told to go to bar! Not helpful, we also didn't have towels for a shower. Our second day stay we went down for breakfast at 9.30 and when 10am arrived we were asked to move from our table whilst still eating and move to the bar area...disappointing for a marriot hotel! Lastly on check out we had been over charged on our outstanding bill with lots of mistakes including being charged for double breakfast, this was corrected however now back home we have discovered that they have taken payments from the payment card with no idea what these are for so we now have to go through the many calls and inconvenience of sorting this.
