Practical/elegant- free ride to and from airport

Pros: Beautiful clean, hygienic feel. Comfortable bed. Staff was ready to arrange assistance for me. Friendly and clear instructions, made me feel welcome.
Location: Close to airport.... go practically anywhere from a centrall location!! Ask hotel for help. Taxi, car rental, bus, hotel shuttle, etc.
I felt very comfortable, clean and safe throughout my entire experience. I definitely recommend this place based on those three descriptions.

Helped us when we were stranded

Pros: Great staff, good food, comfortable and clean
Location: Location is near the airport so naturally there isn't much to do, however we were still able to make it to the center!
We got stuck in the Amsterdam/UK flight cancellation madness, and had to stay in Amsterdam for an extra two days. As soon as we got to the hotel they were so friendly and helpful, despite the amount of irritated passengers! We didn't have any official documents from our airline of a cancellation as we never made it to the airport, yet they still allowed us to make use of the free buffet for stranded guests both nights we were there, and ensured that we were able to stay in the same room for both evenings. The hotel itself was lovely, and the buffet they provided was delicious. I cannot thank the hotel staff enough for being so accommodating!

Clean, modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a room with two twin beds that were essentially stuck together and could not be separated, but remained comfy in the quiet atmosphere.

The staff is friendly and able to accommodate to my single language dilemma. The location is near to nothing; however, the shuttle to the airport is free and runs on the 1/2 hr. This probably explains the reasonable rate. The food in the restaurant is acceptable, but not outstanding.

The only thing is the view wasn't great as my room was looking out onto the motorway. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Weekend holiday

It was a great stay, free shuttle ride from the airport back and forth. Lovely food and staff. Only downfall is that the car park at night is very dark, the lights need fixing or improved.

First trip to Amsterrdam.

Pros: Very well presented, very smart, comfortable bed and on the last day we had breakfast which was quite nice.
Cons: Found the hot water in the shower fluctuates from hot to cold. Bottled water in room at €5 each was criminal!! Make water free!!
Location: As far as an airport hotel goes it wasn't too bad. Had to walk about 1Km to get the number 1 Tram to get into town after a 34 minute trip.
Didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel as we wanted to make the most out of the weekend in Amsterdam. A lovely city worth visiting and there literally is something for everyone! I probably would keep it for adults in some parts.

Lovely hotel, poor location for tourists.

Pros: Very good facilities in the room and the room a good size. We had an Executive room which i beliieve is larger. It was very quiet Catering very good.
Cons: Room service. The room was very clean when we arrived but not much attention after that.
Location: Nothing to do nearby. Could not find a place to have a coffee.
The location is not suitable for tourists. It is a long walk to the tram stop and then 30-40 minutes on the tram to get to the main tourist sites. On one day the room was not cleaned.
