This place was GREAT & I would definatly stay there again. BONUS was, I got a discount for paying cash when I got there!

Hotel.com rated the Hotel at 4.2 - it defiantly was not - a 2.5 at the most disappointed that for our 1st experience with this booking site was so far off.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: responsiveness to customer complaints
Lacking customer service and responsiveness, I didn't have any hot water the first night or morning, and the room cleanliness was poor

Pros: The staff was quite courteous and helpful
Cons: The smell of cleaning was too strong and the lighting was too dim with dark decor. Otherwise it was fine.
The staff was quite courteous and helpful. However, I didn't like the excessive smell of cleaning products in the room.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that the smell of cleaning agents were too strong. While we like to insure your room is clean & disinfected for you I can understand that a strong smell from cleaners is not necessary. I will look into that and see that it is corrected.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the oversight of one of my employees. This is not their usual performance and I should have caught the oversight. In the future, please don't be uncomfortable reporting it. I would have switched your room or re-cleaned it myself. Please consider giving us another chance to show you that we are better than that.

Stayed here on a recent hiking trip. Perfect for our needs. Clean bed, bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave. Tried to book again for the following weekend but it was all booked up.
