Our house Ferienwohnung Kainer was newly built in 2013 and completed in 2014. The house consists of 2 apartments, each with a separate entrance. An apartment is inhabited by us owners and an apartment is rented as a vacation rental.
The apartment (3-room apartment) consists of 68 m2 on the ground floor (hillside).
2 bedrooms each with a double bed. 1 extra bed possible. Cot is available.
Kitchen: kitchenette (4 ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, small freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
Shower and separate toilet.
Entrance hall with cloakroom.
Ski bus stop for free feeders to the ski areas is right next to the house.
Zillertal Arena can be reached in a few minutes.
You can order fresh bread from the bakery every day.

Gute zentrale Lage. Super Urlaub.
Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Super eingerichtete FeWo. Sehr nette Vermieter. Lage sehr zentral im Zillertal. Es waren tolle und erholsame Ferien für uns.

Fijn verblijf op prachtige plek
Ferienhaus Kainer is een ruim en netjes appartement. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de nabije omgeving is veel te doen voor het hele gezin. Wel heb je overal de auto voor nodig. Lopen naar Zell am Ziller is te doen, maar terug is het wel een hele klim en minder geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung
Wir haben unseren Skiurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen gut ausgestattet. Alles recht neu eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und eine SUPERSCHNELLE Internetverbindung.
Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer in Zell am Ziller Skifahren möchte kann sehr gut die Bushaltestelle verwenden, welche sich ca. 100m von der Wohnung liegt. Wir wollten lieber in Gerlos skifahren und sind die ca. 20-25 min mit dem Auto gefahren.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter, welche uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und uns bei Fragen und Wünsche immer zur Seite standen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben unseren Sommerurlaub im August hier verbracht. Die ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Schön ist die Möglichkeit im Garten in der Abendsonne zu sitzen und den Grill anzuwerfen.

tolle saubere schicke Unterkunft. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Wir haben mit 4 Leuten für 7 Tage in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön hergerichtet und in der Küche waren alle notwendigen Kochutensilien vorhanden. Der Skibus hält 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt und fährt einen direkt zur Skipiste.
Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Vielen Dank
