“Trash from previous occupant left in room; toilet seat not attached; only 3 electrical outlets in room; no ice machine; bedside table had outlets but there was no outlet to plug it into; no chairs of any kind; took trash to office to get another bag and they wanted me to take the trash to the dumpster - RIGHT!; only 2 overhead lights in room (1 in bathroom and 1 in bedroom) - no lamps; no hand soap; no tissues; shower barely sprayed out the water; no housekeeping - had to go to office to get……

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”

“The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. Nice spread from omelette to waffles, coffee, juices and fruits and yogurt are just some of the things available. All included in the……

“Room was comfortable with basic wi-fi and media streaming, but daily at 5pm I had to re-authenticate to everything which was annoying. Free breakfast was excellent with a nice variety. Staff was extremely friendly. One issue - ants. I picked a King Studio with fridge and bar area to make some meals or snacks but ended up ordering in and making sure to throw my trash away outside the room as there were ants on the tables, ice bucket, and bar area. I live in NJ so understand that ants aren't……

“Unfortunately my stay here was not comfortable for my family. The linens needed to be replaced due to it being soiled and when I notified the front desk I was told I had to retrieve the clean items from the front desk. No remorse regarding the circumstances, the showers we not clean, the door to my bedroom suite had a large crack across the door. I would not stay here with my family again.
