Love great wolf lodge best service everyone is amazing and the front fest treats the kids like real people and listens to them ... love the new dunkin even the works you can tell enjoy it

When I arrived at 7:30pm they didn’t have a room for me because the tub in it had cracked. Check in was to be at 4pm and i didn’t receive a call about this until I was about 15 minutes away. Upon arrival the manager wasn’t able to see me. Took 20 minutes for her to arrive. She offered a stay in a disgusting hotel called the chateau which I refused then offered to send me and my 4 year old to a casino resort. Super unprofessional and absolutely absurd. Was told I would receive a full refund which I still have not gotten. 100% never returning. Communication amongst staff and guests is atrocious

At checking they handed me 2 passes that i never asked for, so i assumed they were included in my reservation, when i get home there was a $ 109 charge on my credit card. When i called they said that i asked for the passed through expedia which o never did. I will gave my credit card reverse the fee cause not only i never asked for those passes, i also never authorized the charge nor was i informed that they were going to charge my card. Never again
