Post renovations it seems the quality of the hotel has gone down. I had stayed here multiple time before and always had a wonderful experience. This time however was less than satisfactory. Me and my girlfriend arrived and there was no one at the front desk. Called the number and waited for half an hour before the clerk arrived. Then once he arrived, it took awhile them while to find the reservation. I assume he was new as he charged $85 to my debit card even though I had the reservation and booking confirmation available. The first room we reserved had a table that was broken and laying upon the floor. Went down stairs back to reception and showed them the pictures. We were setup in an adjoining room that was in much better condition (even though the TV did not work...) Needless to say, not the best experience all things considered. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times previously in the area and never had such an egregious experience before.
