Only ever having stayed in a double room in white ch double/king beds were very comfortable, this time I stayed in a twin. Bed was extremely uncomfortable as we're the pillows, resulting in virtually no sleep. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were tough and dry both times I stayed recently.

Good budget stay, beds and pillows v comfortable
Staff friendly, room clean, beds & pillows extremely comfortable, got brilliant night's sleep! Room cleaned infrequently over 4 days, bins changed just once, staff took room card following their visit. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Convenient check in and out times, thermostat in room worked fine

Disappointed overall This was advertised as an accessible room ROOM Bed very soft and bouncy not supportive for those with balance issues all pillows were firm No plug sockets near the bed so overnight medical accessories and equipment could not be plugged in No dressing table mirror just a long mirror on wall with hairdryer next to it no shelving for dressing table items/ make up brushes etc No main lighting just lamps so room quite dimly lit overall so those who are visually impaired may struggle with this Very bright green emergency light over door which could not be turned off illuminated the room all night brighter than when room lights were on No extractor fan functioning in bathroom Shower had one hand held shower hose which was at ceiling height an additional lower hand held hose would have been beneficial Shower had a step so not accessible if person unable to get out of a wheelchair making transfers very difficult No non slip mat in shower only a floor towel BREAKFAST Coffee machine was being cleaned during the first half an hour of breakfast this should have been done prior to service staring Marmite and Nutella available only in a jar which meant multiple people dipping their own knives/spoons into jars not hygienic STAFF Reception ladies were welcoming and swift to attend to issues no concerns or complaints there Thank you

a nice wee break
there wa s a problem in the kitchen so breakfast could not include sausage or bacon but the staff did a wonderful job of providing a spledid lay out a la continental style with the addition of nice dry scrambled eggs. Easy to find just off the main road near the shopping centre. Ideal for us as we were tired after 2 days traveling with no sleep so didnt want any stress finding the place in the dark.

Staff were wonderful and having the opportunity to have a drink and a simple meal at the hotel in the evening was nice. Was close to an incredible restaurant as well. The cons were that it was too far from downtown Inverness to walk and we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the shower which was tepid at best.

Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Property was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue with this hotel is the beds are very very uncomfortable and small. Couldn’t get a good nights rest because they were so uncomfortable.

Great hotel. Exactly what we were looking for. Not really walkable but was close to downtown so made getting the bus or taxi easy and short! Staff was extremely nice! Hotel had a bar and dinner which was great, especially since we got in late one night and really didn’t want to get back out. Food was good and so was the bar!
