Walked from lobby towards our room and had a nasty aroma in the hall. Noticed that there was a towel trying to keep smell into room 103. It smelled like there was something dead in there!! Really think it needs to be checked out

For a quick trip ok stay
Room was ok. Bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t talk to staff much other than check in. Breakfast there was hair in the food so we didn’t eat there.

This place is way overpriced. I booked this motel expecting A really nice place. This place is just average. Should cost about $60. The tub was full of soap scum from not being cleaned properly for some time.

A bit more than misrepresented. The smoke smell cannot be cleaned out. If you’re looking for a hotel to be clean enough to put your mind at rest about what you might bring home with you from your stay, keeping going. The front desk was very nice however, they’re just doing their job. I’ve never called Hotels.com, but I did and Julie was exceptional and patient, and I thank her!

I booked a double queen online. Upon arrival, staff stated they had given our room away and had a single queen. Staff apologized and luckily I had thrown in an air mattress. Our room also had a stale odor. Hot tub was not working. Nice staff and nice breakfast.

The lady in charge of breakfast, Teresa. Was awesome as well as the 2 young ladies at the front desk...we had reserved 2 rooms. .that being said was not happy with manager as there was an issue with one of our reservations that she forgot to correct and i took z bad fsll and her reply" well i fell 2 months ago and broke 2 ribs" mot so much as im sorry would you lije to see a dr. Nothing just puffed on her cigarette. She is not good representative for your company.

Front desk lady seemed crabby. The website said there was a pool and hot tub. They were both closed for “maintenance “. Both had water in them and looked to be working properly. It would be nice if these services were not working that it would be stated on the hotels.com website.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always a great stay. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff! Great breakfast, pool, & just all around a comfortable place to stay. We visit the area often and won't stay anywhere else.

We will be staying at this motel again. I can't think of one thing wrong here. Everyone so kind and helpful. The entire place was very clean. The pool area was very inviting and clean. The rooms are very quiet. We had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Oh and the breakfast, they left nothing out, so much food to please everyone. I have stayed in high dollar places. This was the best breakfast.

Dirty shower
The room wasn't very clean, mostly in the bathroom. Also the shower didn't drain well, could be why the shower was dirty. The hallway leading up to the room was also dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room also had a funky smell.
