The hotel is in terrible condition. It needs to be torn down. Nothing good about it.

Pros: The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I like being able to pick up a free local paper. I enjoyed the positive sayings on the walls.
Cons: The heating and air conditioning systems need to be modernized. There need to be more protein sources at breakfast such as hard boiled eggs.
Location: Good location as it was close to restaurants and shopping. On negative side, it was close to a sugar beet factory which was up & running in the fall.
It was an overall positive experience! This Super 8 was much better than other Super 8's that I have stayed in in the past. As motel rooms can be quite expensive in Scottsbluff, I found the Super 8 to meet my needs as it seems to be more in the middle as far as expense.

Lobby was stacked with boxes of supplies, bugs in lobby, sheets stacked behind desk willy-nilly, beds old, hotel smelled and woke up with bug bites.

Cons: more staff and renovations
Front desk personnel were extremely nice and helpful under overwhelming conditions - full house due to solar eclipse

Short stay

Cons: Breakfast. Update the rooms a bit
Room clean, staff friendly. Motel was dated and a bit tired looking but ok for being comfortable. Breakfast was not good.very limited choices. Cereal was stale. We decided to eat elsewhere the second morning because it was was so poor.

Beds are too soft for this papa bear. The pool is awesome and is only topped by the wonderful staff.

Pros: There was nothing special about this place.l
Cons: Screw you. You folks should be more specific when you reject a review.
Location: It is in the city.
We got to the town. We got to the hotel. We checked into the hotel. We took our stuff to the room. We walked around the area, had dinner, and went to bed. We checked out the next day.t

Bed bugs, need I say more.

My granddaughter and I woke up chewed to pieces from bed bugs and the staff acted like I was lying. The pool was so cold and murky you couldn't see the steps. Advertised a hot tub that didn't exist. Needless to say I changes motels quick!!
